I have been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on 1 bagel ? This is what happens when you have DEI hires ! These people are absolutely clueless. God bless them, but they don’t know what they’re doing. They’re just walking around in circles. I’m afraid I’m gonna have to leave even after Payne for my bagel. This is unacceptable.

Great spot to grab breakfast lunch or just coffee. The iced coffee machine is hit or miss on if it’s filled up.

Everytime I come here it's been well after lunch time and I order soup and salad. Everytime it's taken over 25 minutes to get my order.

Came here with my two kiddos. Ordering at the second terminal didn't work: wouldn't take my card by swiping, tapping, or inserting. Went to the first terminal and it was fine. The wait for food was fine and food tasted great, however, one of drinks was lemonade and there was none out. A new pitcher (not a new tank) of lemonade was brought out and filling up just a regular cup took away at least a third of the pitcher. When I picked up our food from the counter, there was an older woman that was being passive aggressive to one of the younger employees, saying something about how if she didn't like how she worked, she's fine someone else to do the job. This same, older woman was also asked nicely to get more lemonade and she replied with something a long the lines of, "I don't how to do it, I have the job to someone else," in a nasty tone. Maybe she had been there all day or was going through something, but this older woman was not very professional. Would not recommend coming to this location.

St Louis Bread in Chesterfield Valley has lost its way. The service experience has gone from mediocre, to bad, to worse than bad. Very unfortunate. I am a long time customer and fan of the brand, but it is no longer possible to patronize the Chesterfield Valley location unless you have 45-minutes plus to wait and enjoy cold soup and a crabby and unapologetic “service” team. A very sad fall of a once solid brand.

They had to have 3 people take my order at the window...it wasn't that hard. I left. Order from the app and go oucj it up.
I ordered soup, it was cold, I asked for extra bread, they didn’t give it to me.
Self-respecting people don't eat here. I am very sorry that you ate here

Found hair in my soup!
Was craving broccoli cheddar soup…it was terrible! It looked like it was curdled, I’m guessing it was flour that wasn’t dissolved.

I actually placed a drive thru mobile order but stopped inside to use the restroom. The restrooms were DISGUSTING! The stall lightbulbs were out, toilets still had fecal in it, the toilets were NASTY and FILTHY, the floors were sticky and stained tissue was everywhere. That bathroom has not been cleaned in WEEKS. Makes me wonder, if the staff/management is not attentive to the restrooms, how much more attentive are they to the rest of the restaurants cleanliness?? This was my FIRST and LAST time coming to this location!

Panera, or St. Louis Bread Company at St. Louis County locations, always have great food! We had a really enjoyable meal here with sandwiches, salads, soup, and pastries. The value duets are a great way to get a quick smaller meal at a reduced price, and you pick two with your choice of two items from the sandwich, salad, or soup menu will really fill you up!
Vegetarian options: There are many, many salads and breads to choose from.
Parking: There's a parking lot all around the building.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant and parking lot are both on the ground floor. The restaurant and parking lot are both on the ground floor.

Dirty inside, full trash cans. Quality of food is not the best, and we got 2 rotten apples on the side.
