Literally, every time I place an order in the app for drive thru pick up. The most I order is a bagel (with cream cheese) and a iced latte. I always order my bagel sliced. The last 4 times I came my order has been wrong. Bagel not sliced, coffee made hot not iced, no cream cheese in the bag, and the worse one yesterday is they toasted my bagel and I HATE it toasted. Then it takes almost 30 minutes waiting in drive thru for your order

This place has become beyond disgraceful. I have 30 min for lunch and literally work right next to it, so for me to have no time on lunch to eat is beyond awful and crazy to wait in a drive through that long. Like the whole lunch break. I’ve gone quite a bit as I work close. I didn’t get the sandwich I ordered, got a totally different one. I also verified because if you order a sweet tea, most of the time it’s not even sweet. So I ask every time now, they said yes. Well guess what, lol, it wasn’t a sweet tea. For $17 for a choose 2, shouldn’t be anything hard or wrong to get a half sandwich and cup of soup with sweet tea wrong. Makes no sense. There literally are sandwiches, soups and salads there. Makes no sense. I also have a lot of patience as I’m a server and totally get being short staff or running out of things or something has to be made right then. But then say that. Let customers know as they are coming for a 30min lunch break and not to spend the whole time in the drive through for half sandwich and cup of soup with tea. Like come on. It has gotten so bad at this location like it’s ridiculous. The last few times my things have been messed up and taking forever. I felt it was right to finally put review, as again I’m a server and have a lot of patience and am very understanding. But this much. Crazy. Guess I’m not the only one either. I’ll remember to see if there is more then 1-2 cars. Avoiding it completely. Sad too, since I spend a lot at Bread Co.

This is my favorite location, friendly manager!!!! Friendly staff, its clean and smells like a bakery!!! Delicious food, and pastries, and the bagels of course are my go to, grew up with Bread Co.!!!

Just your typical Bread Co. It was clean, bright, and open. There was plenty of seating and easy access to whatever you need. The staff was friendly and drinks were good.

The drive thru didn't give me the cookie I ordered. I called to ask for a refund. They said I either had to come back or they would send me a card for a free drink. Since I only have 30 minutes for lunch, coming back wasn't an option. And most of the drinks cost less than the $5 cookie. Horrible customer service! I shouldn't receive less than the item that I paid for. And I have to trust them that they will actually send the drink card.
