By far not what it used to be 😩
I chipped my tooth on something hard in my chicken avo BLT.
Shout out to Jim on Sunday afternoons. Great service. Great guy. He was very kind to my family and I. =)
The drive thru didn't give me the cookie I ordered. I called to ask for a refund. They said I either had to come back or they would send me a card for a free drink. Since I only have 30 minutes for lunch, coming back wasn't an option. And most of the drinks cost less than the $5 cookie. Horrible customer service! I shouldn't receive less than the item that I paid for. And I have to trust them that they will actually send the drink card.

Carry out. I used the machine to place an order as the register guy was extremely slow during a slow time, 1 customer in front of me.
A couple of others came in after me and went register b4 deciding to self check out.
My souffle' was very eggie w no cheese in a cheese souffle'

I order takeout from this location periodically, and I don't think my order has ever been 100% correct.
Foods are expected. but recently, the Wifi is very slow & may not even work. That's a bumper. Changed my mind & went to Starbucks instead a couple of times.

Carry out? Check your order before leaving!! The Panera workers had their “checklist” all marked off on the order list attached to our bag, but my husband drove all the way home and had no sandwich:(
