One of the most consistently great restaurants in STL, and reasonably priced. This is a regular for us.

Well established restaurant only open from 5-9 pm so get your reservations in or you will miss out on the quaint ambiance and phenomenal service that is a staple here. Salads are crisp and fresh and the bread is warm and tasty. Chicken Parmesan is a large portion and crisp, with a tangy sauce and plenty of cheese. Seafood linguini was good and filled with lots of seafood. Tiramisu was moist , flavorful and loved the addition of fresh fruit on top.

Dining at Paul Manno’s was one of those experiences that reminded me why going out to eat can be something special—not just about the food, but the feeling it leaves you with. The atmosphere is refined but relaxed. It’s the kind of place where the lighting is just right, the tables are dressed nicely, and the room carries a quiet hum of conversation that makes you want to lean in and enjoy. What really stood out, though, was the service. Matthew, our server, was excellent—attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. He made the whole evening feel smooth and personal, like we were being hosted rather than just served. The food lived up to the setting. The lobster ravioli was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. You could taste the quality in each bite—the lobster filling was fresh, and the sauce had a beautiful depth, with peas and mushrooms adding color and texture. It was comforting but elevated—something clearly made with care. Then there was the lamb chop—perfectly cooked, bone-in, and served in a rich, flavorful sauce with a generous topping of sautéed mushrooms. It had a slight char on the outside, tender inside, and paired beautifully with the sauce underneath. It was hearty, balanced, and deeply satisfying. What impressed me most about Paul Manno’s was how well everything came together—from the kitchen to the table. You can tell the team there takes pride in what they do. It wasn’t flashy or over-the-top—just honest, well-executed food and thoughtful service in a setting that made you want to stay a while. We left full, happy, and already planning to come back.

Incredible food. Amazing service. Very nice decorated. Don’t judge the place for being located in a strip mall. Probably the Best Italian American Food I’ve had in Saint Louis.

Don't let the exterior look fool you. This place is top-notch. Highly recommend

Paul Manno’s is the one thing I miss more than the Cardinals baseball games since retiring in 2004. I took my brother there a few years before that, and he said it was the best Italian he had anywhere in the country, and he traveled a lot. I always recommended Paul’s whenever new people came in our flower shop, and EVERYONE agreed with my brother and me. I hounded Gourmet Magazine until they reviewed them. Good enough for MNF Aikman, Buck & Collingsworth! My number one choice in the country.

Absolutely fantastic meal.

The veal Milanese is otherworldly; ignore the tomato sauce on the side. Just a little lemon juice on these impossibly thin and tender cutlets is all that is needed.

Very nice old school Italian experience, just like it said, in a strip mall. Service is great, food was fantastic and the tiramisu was off the charts.
