I really like Penn Station's food. Their bread is top notch, their fries are done the right way, double fried, their meats are also very good. The only issue is each location is either great, or terrible depending on who runs it. The one on manchester is always a crapshow This one is very good and I give it 4.5 stars. The hot italian is now my favorite.

Dude took my order for like 2 minutes straight and completely screwed it up. Took it togo so I didn't notice till I got home. I asked for a chicken philly with banana peppers onions and cheese. Only came with banana peppers and cheese. My second sandwich was a teriyaki chicken with, onions, mushrooms, banana peppers, tomato, and bell pepper. Only came with bell peppers and hardly any sauce. I'll be calling tomorrow morning and asking for a refund or some compensation.

Jessie and Dom were literally amazing. Dom made everything hassle free and Jessie focused on attention to detail. Whenever I’m outlet mall shopping the visit is now a must on account of Jessie & Doms great customer service.

After a bad experience at Session Taco (Do not go there, horrible customer service.), we pivoted to Penn Station East Coast Subs. The employees are great and great customer service. Will definitely be returning.

Worst sandwich I've had in a long time. It was super salty and just not good. Too many other choices in the area to spend that much money for a sandwich.
