We hadn't been to this restaurant in a while because the last time wasn't good at all. The place seemed unkept and old. The food was not good. What a turnaround! The menu was new and the food came out hot, and was everything tasted wonderful. Will be going back more often again.

Service was slow, and the restaurant wasn't busy. Took 10 minutes to get me a glass of water.

We had to cancel our reservation upon arrival at the restaurant. The person at the hostess desk told us the kitchen was on at least an hour delay because people did not show up for work. This is so sad. PF Chang's is one of our favorite places to get Chinese food. We will give it another chance on a non-holiday. Hopefully it will be better. It is such a disappointent and upseting for the chain.

I don't typically leave reviews—especially negative ones—but I felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the meal, and it wasn't just me; everyone at our table felt the same. While the food was decent, it did not meet expectations for the price. The dessert for my birthday celebration was honestly the best part of the evening, aside from the company I was with. The service was okay, but the overall customer service was lacking. Our server rarely checked on our table or asked if we needed anything. She mentioned early on that it would be a hectic night, but it was unclear whether that was due to the holiday or her own workload. Either way, it showed in the level of attentiveness we received. This was my second visit to P.F. Chang's, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I wouldn't recommend it as a dining option based on this experience.

Another disappointing experience with P.F. Chang's. Christmas Eve reservations were running over an hour behind so we left. Was very much looking forward to the food and atmosphere and was disappointed about having a reservation that didn't matter. My suggestion is to not take reservations and just have first come first serve seating.

They told us we had ho reservation. After showing them we did, they told is it was open tables fault. It ruin our family Xmas dinner. I wont go back because of the way it was all handled.

We showed up on time for our Christmas Eve reservation to find out that seating was 90 minutes behind schedule. We were among lots and lots of angry patrons who had planned ahead by making a reservation on Christmas Eve, only to have to wait well over an hour or find another plan all together. Very disappointing.

Out of the P.F. Chang's locations I have frequented, I can say that this store is the best by miles. Kylee and Caliegh showed why they are in thier management positions! These two are rock stars! We came in for a quick appetizer but were convinced to to stay longer than planned after the butternut squash dumplings were dropped at the table next to us. These ladies made our evening! Highly recommended!!

Food here is always amazing and the staff greets quickly and is always friendly even when very busy. Manager seems to always make it to greet tables as well which isn’t something I see a lot. Would definitely recommend this place.

This was a horrible experience. We came to celebrate our sons accomplishments and his first time ever coming to this restaurant and it was unfortunate the way the server acted. The server didnt really check on our table to see how things were.The hostess desk was unfriendly and didn't meet the request on where we would like to sit. Plus the server OMG could of cared less. So unfriendly and no engaging in the least. We will probably not be back at this location.

Ask First

This location is hit or miss. We were able to get seated right away for lunch but being put in a booth rather than one of the many tables when we had a car seat with us was annoying. The hostess seemed annoyed we were even there.

The lobster wontons were not great, the egg rolls were mushy inside as if filled with a paste. Not impressive. Seems things have changed over the years and honestly will probably not return.

The wontons were okay, a bit salty but not bad. The kids enjoyed their chicken and rice though.
