Meals are fresh, healthy, filling, and so delicious! I have never had a bad meal-they are all great. These meals are helping me achieve my health goals. You should give them a try!

Love how convenient this place is. Rachel is amazing and has helped me tremendously with my health journey. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She is also a certified health coach who is able to provide more services than just nutrition counseling. Highly recommend!

I work and live in Clayton so it's difficult to get out to this location.
However, I did some shopping out here and out of all the restaurant choices available I couldn't see myself ordering fast food or meals that has to many hands touching it.
So, I'll always come to Pure Plates.
Great customer service and as a figure competitor this is definitely an affordable, with amazing quality foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I always grab a few meals before heading back in town. Especially in the snow storm we're about to get this week.

I love these meals! My biggest challenge when it comes to healthy eating is lack of time. I am always running around with my kids or working and I tend to grab something unhealthy on my way out the door or in the drive through. Pure Plates has kept me from doing that because I always have a healthy meal or snack on hand and I don't even have to think about what to make. And they actually taste good!

Pure Plates STL provides a very consistent product.

The meals I have bought have all been really good. The only negative is how expensive some of the dishes are. $5 for a small container of veggies with a dipping sauce. But I guess that is the price you pay for healthy and convenient.
