The only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars was due to the male cashier at this location. I had quite a few teenage boys that were indecisive but respectful. I was informing the cashier male what all each child as well as myself had ordered. Instead of him listening he decided to input what he wanted into the system and ended up over charging me for something. In addition, I was inquiring about a military discount, he had no interest in helping or doing what he could do to honor a veteran.
On the other hand, a young lady name Diamond went ABOVE AND BEYOND the customer service expectations. She was the only one that greeted us upon entry. She made sure she got fresher ingredients to serve us, she managed to help and assist each of the teenagers even though they did not know what they wanted to order. In addition, once I came to her with me being over charged, she apologized on the male cashier behalf and corrected the situation and gave me the necessary items that I was charged for instead of what I was given. She also came by and asked if the food was good and if we needed anything further. She was truly amazing even under pressure and I really appreciate that. The young man that was in the register, he actually went to his car for 10 minutes and came back smelling like marijuana and did not wash his hands which was rather disrespectful, which I’m sure is why he could not focus on what I was telling him to charge me for.

I’ve been to a lot of Qdoba’s in my 33 years of life, but this one is hands down the greatest. Shoutout to Ashley, who provides exemplary customer service. You can tell the whole team is passionate about burritos. Keep up the great work guys!

Portions are reducing everytime I go in for lunch and the chicken is cut so small it's smaller than the beans. You're lucky if you get a full scoop of protein. Greedy
and over priced. Don't recommend anymore. Sad
