Normally I love Canes, but I was really disappointed when I got home, opened my order, and found that they left out not only my ketchup, but my Texas toast as well!! I was really looking forward to the toast and now I have nothing to do but write a google review to express my sorrows. I did not think I’d need to check to make sure they had my order right, but I learned my lesson

Food was hot and served fast. Staff was friendly they greeted me when I arrived and checked on me while I ate. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean.

We have been coming here several times if we’re visiting Chesterfield this is our pit stop. Food no doubt it’s greta just like any Canes!! Staff here treated our family well with friendly customer services as always!!

Went though the drive through and was charged for the person behind mes massive order 6x what I had received, even after he confirmed my total before giving him my card. I noticed the pop-up on my phone and I asked, he shut the door and spent 10 minutes and refunded it, then charged me again for my order which ironically wasn’t correct either. Was not given a receipt other than my refund receipt. Didn’t have time to come back around again. Train your staff better. I used to frequent here but not anymore.

Food was tasty and fresh, but pieces were rather small. The order was correct, but I had trouble understanding the employee. I'm not sure if it was the person or speaker box.

My first time trying Raising Cane's! I was surprised to see the sauce tasted more like a vinaigrette than I thought. It was really good with the Texas toast which I really enjoyed, it would be the perfect buttered bread for a lobster roll. The chicken was very fresh and crispy, the tenders were a highlight more than the burger. I got the kids meal which came with a drink which was a good deal. The Texas toast I took from another combo meal since it did not include it. I got the food to go so I can't say much about the location but it looked clean and spacious and it was very busy when I visited and the service was still fast. They got our order wrong though so I will remove a star because of that.
