I normally would review after I leave …. But given we have been sitting for an hour and five minutes waiting for our food and with empty drink glasses for the last half hour what else do I have to do? It’s rather disappointing that our waitress doesn’t even take time to stop by and let us know if food will be ready soon or fill our glasses. It isn’t busy , appears to be about 40-50% capacity. We thought coming here two and a half hours prior to our plans across the street would be adequate but this has proven to be wrong. Also many menu items were just out of stock or not being served anymore according to the waitress , very poor experience would not recommend. There are much better seafood alternatives locally.Parking: Easy to park plenty of spaces freeKid-friendliness: It has a kids menu and lobsters in a tank so that entertains the kids a bit.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible no steps and has double doors for mobility.

The wait staff had too many tables to keep up. And i knew better from previous experience, but i got the endless shrimp. After i finished my initial portions, i ordered more. It took so long to get the second portion my party was done eating and ready to go. If you have all you can eat anything, you better have portions ready to go. Never again

Our waitress was awesome and in fact, all the employees were very friendly. The food was great. We recently had a bad experience with a waitress at the South County location, so we thought we'd try the Chesterfield location. It was definitely worth the extra drive.

The red lobster is the beat in the area to me. They are sadly always over seating the servers. To the point they can't possibly give you great service with how much they have to handle. The team had been good at working together to make service at least bearable. we sadly don't fo as often as before because of this.

I went to Red Lobster to celebrate my 30th Birthday with my parents and husband on 03/16/24 and the service was the worst I have ever experienced. I have never had a bad experience there, so I was pretty shocked. The waiter asked if we wanted the biscuits and we never got any to begin with, but all the other tables that came after us had gotten their as before they even got their drinks. We had to ask the waiter several times for biscuits, crab crackers, sweetener, and even water! I also went out to my car just to get a drink. I felt like she paid more attention to all of the other tables more because we were the only white table in her section at the time to be honest. Every time we asked for something she said "sure" and we could see her rolling her eyes as she walked away, and then it was like she would disappear and we wouldn't see her for a while. My husband even stopped eating because he ran out of dipping sauce, and didn't even want to bother asking for more. I just felt like she catered to all the other tables and just walked by ours and didn't even check on us. It was as if I had to raise my hand just to get what we needed. I get she may have had an off day, but I have worked in the food industry for many years, so I know that I would never let it show to a paying customer. Especially considering our bill was over $200 and we were there for 2+ hours (not by choice). I have never been more disappointed with our experience, and regret going their for my birthday honestly.

The guy who originally seated us was not friendly at all, he was very rude and appeared angry. He really hates his job and really shouldn't work in the public. He sat us at an obviously dirty table with hair and food on it. The waitress wiped it off partially. We requested to sit somewhere else, our new waitress was extremely nice, and very professional. The food was delicious.

Awesome experience, will definitely come back. The best coconut shrimp I've ever had. The salmon plate with glazed sprouts is so good. Give it a try...well done . You've been knighted "Lobster of the Red"!

This place is horrible. 5 of us arrived and asked for a booth and was told there wasn't one available (clearly was). Had to beg for a high chair. We waited approximately 20 mins for drinks and 45 minutes for food. The food was subpar. I received three chewy shrimp and 2 chunks of chewy lobster pieces. Our experience made us decide to never go to a RL again.Kid-friendliness: There is no kid friendliness, they didn't want to give me a high chair for my baby.
