Idk how this place stays in business with rock and brews next door.
They give you less food, charge way more and have terrible service in comparison.
I got a regular bacon cheeseburger, was overwhelmed by mayo and also had to ask twice for my fries and ranch.
I ended up getting sick at home after eating the burger.
Just eat at rock and brews, it's way better.

My family really likes Red robin. This visit was below expectations. It was a pick up order. I went to the counter and the worker said she had to wait for the manager. The manager showed up about 4 minutes later and started to open and review the burgers in each order to double check accuracy. I appreciate the commitment to accuracy. I am disappointed that the food was cold. I was the first person in the pick up line. I watched the manager review the three orders in front of mine. Super frustrating and disappointing. I didn't see her wash or sanitize her hands before she touched everyone's food.

Clean restaurant, friendly hardworking staff.
Ordered the lava queso, mad love, jalapeño heatwave, and the smoke and pepper burger. All burgers were cooked exactly as we requested and all quickly arrived at our table.
The jalapeño heatwave was a disappointment with regard to heat (spiciness), pickled jalapeños are used rather than fresh; destroying the chance for the burger to have any semblance of spiciness.
The lava queso burger was a huge hit with one of our 10 year old granddaughters, they pour the sauce over the burger at the table.

I recently visited Red Robin and tried the Impossible Cheeseburger, which was delicious, and the fries were served hot and fresh. Our waiter, Zachary, was attentive and provided excellent service throughout the meal. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Visited here after a day of walking at the Botanical gardens! We were all starving! The food was very tasty and order was correct. It felt like it took awhile to get our meal but im sure it was because we were so hungry! Most meals were around $15 on average, but came with bottomless fries! Would definately visit again!

My food was ok nothing really stand out and our server was great. I do have a problem with the little payment kiosks they have on the tables. They also have games on them to play while you are waiting on your food I guess and my 5 year old granddaughter started messing with it before my husband noticed and took it away from her. Well when we got our bill there was a 3 dollar charge for entertainment on it, now granted the server got it taken off but there should be some kind of safeguard to keep this from accidentally happening. There are probably people that wouldn't even have noticed it on their bill.
