My family had a party room booked at this location on Sunday June 29th at 5pm for my mother’s 70th birthday. We arrived an hour early to set up to find a sign on the door that they close at 4pm (hours had been changed over a week prior). A waitress saw us standing outside and came to tell us they were closed. We told her we had the party room booked and wanted to speak to the manager. After standing outside for nearly 15 minutes, a man identifying himself as the manager comes outside filthy and was the rudest person we had ever encountered. He kept saying “ I don’t know what you want me to do.” We received absolutely zero notification about this change even though it was done over a week earlier and the manager was extremely rude with no apology. Do NOT book any parties or spend your money here. Instead go to the Old Spaghetti factory a few doors down. They accommodated our party of 30 completely last minute and had wonderful customer service.

My sister reserved a party area for 25-40 people for my Mom's 70th birthday celebration a month in advance. The party was booked for Sunday, 6/29 @5pm. We arrived an hour early to set up and the doors were locked. A staff member came to let out patrons and told us the restaurant was closing early due to new staff. We asked to speak to the manager. 15 minutes later he came out and reiterated the fact that they were closed. We told him we had received a confirmation text the day prior and he said that was from Open Table. He said he called the number that made the reservation on Saturday 6/28 and left a voicemail. My sister had no missed calls and no voice messages. Also, they have had abbreviated hours for two weeks prior to the scheduled party and never bothered to give a head's up. Not only did he not apologize, he was rude and belligerent. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ended up changing plans last minute, going to The Old Spaghetti Factory a half mile down the road. Had superb service and tipped 30%.

I've always had good experiences at this restaurant but on this day I guess management took the day off. We were seated quickly and then waited 20 minutes before I could flag down a waiter who had to go find the guy assigned our table. On top of that the Yuengling on tap was warm. No apologies from server when I brought it to his attention. I will definitely go here again with an alternate restaurant in waiting as I will not wait more than 5 minutes next time. Do better management. Do better!

Fun vibe, food is good, great selection of drinks including n/a options. I like how they have music videos playing too. We have been here multiple times and it’s on our list to continue to come back to.

Food was great. They had gluten free options. Service was fantastic.

Sat in the outdoor area, table and underneath area dirty, shoes sticking to the floor from spill not cleaned up, even after notifying the server, who seemed disinterested throughout our stay. Food not cooked as desired. Then three couples were allowed to be seated with their yapping dogs. Not assisting dogs, just people not caring about others and the restaurant allowing it.

The food was ok. The best thing was looking at all the memorabilia on the walls. The hostess didn't appear happy when we said we wanted to sit at the bar. She might have needed to rotate customers, and we upset the balance. There is a party room. I remember the music was good.

I kept hearing that dogs were allowed here, but never believed it because it looks like any other restaurant around. Finally got the nerve to try it and it was a neat experience. The staff was very welcoming, we were able to sit away from the main walkway so we weren’t in the way. Someone brought a large bowl of water out as soon as we sat down. Aside from that the food and drinks were great as well as the service. Patio is nice and the inside looked great as well.

Kid-friendliness: There’s a couple arcade games inside.

Server was super kind and the burger was delicious. Heard their dessert is awesome but I was pretty full from eating lunch. Definitely will come again!
