Ruth's Chris Steak House

Rarely will you find the best food prepared by the best chef served by the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly people in the same restaurant...but Ruth's Chris is the one I discovered this week. I kept seeing the restaurant and hearing great things about it. Four of us decided to take a lunch there and it all was fabulous...worth every succulent minute. Go there...you will not forgive yourself if you miss this boat!

Had reservations but had to wait when there were lots of open tables. Couple walked in after us did not have reservations but were seated before us. The food was average which was a disappointment after hearing such good things about the place. Very over priced, with sides costing $14.00. The steaks were okay at best. The best thing about the food was the bread pudding.

overall very clean, very nice people. this was my first time coming here and i rate this restaurant a 10/10. I enjoyed my anniversary dinner and i would most definitely be back again soon !

First time visiting, I will be going back. Staff and Manager was very nice. They took time and chatted with us. We wasnt rushed to order or eat. Very nice establishment

My filet was done to my request but my wife's filet had extensive gristle and was very bloody when she requested medium well. The server came by and asked how the food was prepared but it was before she had cut into her filet. After the server came by for the second time, they asked if they could replace it but she was not willing to wait and have me watch her eat once it was prepared correctly. They took off our cocktail from the bill but this was our 44-wedding anniversary and I was hoping the night would be flawless at a place as but was not....

I waited 20 minutes before I asked about where my cocktail was and then the manager came over and said my order was lost and they were redoing it 5 minutes later it came out just before my dinner. But then I really didn't want it but I took it. The food was excellent as usual except my wife's side garlic mashed potatoes came out cold. Not what you'd expect from a high-end restaurant. The people also were really not dressed for a high-end restaurant they were in sweatpants soccer shorts t-shirts they just kind of ruined the whole atmosphere of the dinner. It may be a while before I go back

This review is a little late, but I had to write it! My coworkers and I go to dinner once a month, and for October we chose Ruth’s Chris in Chesterfield. I made our reservations online, and everything went smoothly.

When we arrived, the host was friendly and quickly showed us to our table. Greg, our waiter, was wonderful—professional yet funny, polite, and very attentive. He placed our napkins for us and immediately asked about our drink and water preferences.

I ordered the T-Bone steak with a baked potato and grilled shrimp, along with a Coke. One of my coworkers had the stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad, while another had the Cowboy Ribeye with asparagus and mashed potatoes, plus the Veal Osso Buco Ravioli as an appetizer. Every dish was cooked perfectly and full of flavor!

We finished the night with the carrot cake to go, and it was absolutely delicious. From start to finish, the service and food were top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

Filet with au poivre sauce was so good.and the sweet potato casserole with pecan candy crust on it was like dessert. This place is so good - I don’t know why we waited so long to go here. Definitely recommend and we are coming back! John our server was excellent! Go to this place if you want to impress or if you care about quality. Top of the line best in Chesterfield. Filet came out exactly as we ordered… finely thank you Chef Chuck.Yum.

Went for my wife's birthday. Was sorely disappointed. Waited for over an hour for our meals. Ordered our steaks medium but both were well done. My ribeye was maybe a half inch thick. Luis and tge managers were nice and gracious but the steaks were nowhere close to the quality we were expecting. In fact, Luis packed up our leftovers but left out my wife's filet and my potatoes au gratin. Just a major disappointing meal.
