RAW BURGER!!!!!!!THIS PLACE IS ALREADY NOT CHEAP!!! MY SON LIKE THE FOOD HERE AND CONSIDERING TODAY IS HIS 1ST DAY OF SPRING BREAK I DROPPED BY. I LIVE 30 MINUTES AWAY FIR HIM TO BITE INTO A RAW BURGER. I CALLED AND ONLY RECEIVED A VM. I AM HIGHLY UPSET!!!!!!

My daughter ate at the Denver Airport Shake shack and was so impressed, she looked for one here in St. Louis/St.Charles, MO. We found one 20 min from our house and she was thrilled. We drove there to pick up the online order for 6 of us. We put the very wide bag on the back seat and came home. When we opened the car door the bag fell out and so did all the food. The fries were in a box so they were fine. The aoili opened and most spilled out and the burgers, that were just in a very small bag fellnon the concrete. We had to cut the burgers to eat only the part that remained in the bag. I am surprised that they don't wrap there to go ordered burgers. I guess the bag is ok for in house but no for travel. Also the bag that the burgers were in was so flimsy and cheap. We paid a lot of money and would have been saved of they had some kind of wrap for the burgers and a better bag. Aside from that the burgers we salvaged were amazing. I hope they change the way they wrap their to go orders.

We have only come in for shakes, drinks, and fries and both have been good every time we have come in. Usually busy but staff has always been nice to us, usually fairly quick as well. Not sure about anything else on the menu but always looks promising. It is expensive but that should be known by the customer before coming in. We will be back, no complaints.

They messed up my order in the drive thru (forgot cheese for cheese fries) and also failed to provide receipt for payment. Receipts should be automatically given to customer.

Was a more modern restaurant than we are used to. It had computers for you to place an order, not humans. We were a group of eight people, and most of us got confused trying to place an order. One person ordered incorrectly and ended up with too much food. You did not get a printed receipt, so it was hard to check what you ordered. It was supposed to be healthier for you, but it did not agree with my tummy. We all felt like the food tasted average, for the price we expected more. We would not visit again if in the area.There are too many other choices!

First time here. What a joke! Ordered 10-piece chicken combo meal, supposed to feed my adult but food portions were small enough for my 3 year old Toddler. The fries were limp and the meal was grossly overpriced $16.48 but was charged $35.00. Asked for a receipt was told “in the bag.” Which bag because it sure wasn’t mine?!

I called and left a message nobody ever called me back.

I will NEVER BE BACK! I am disputing the erroneous charges.

Great food and shakes. Personally, I feel that it is priced a couple of dollars too high for each of their combo offerings. Otherwise, it's a decent place to eat.

So went through drive thru ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburger meals was like $44 get to where we were going got to eat and no bacon on one of them when you spend this kind of money let's do better and make sure it's right

I work in food service. The burgers were sitting there for a long while. Lettuce was a brown wet blanket, burger was rubbery from sitting under a hot light, bottom half of both buns were mush. Fries were fine, but also older. Shake was great, service was great. We live 5 minutes away so its not like it sat in a bag for an hour before eating.

My complaint is really about the employee at the drive in window with non professional behavior. She was very taken back when I asked for ketchup and forcefully put into my hand then sarcastically told me there was some already was in my bag. I am very sorry you hate your job and I paid $22.00 for the experience. I have already sent the feedback email but they need to better train employees or make better hires. It must still be slim pickings for candidates. I would think this being the hometown of the founder would mean something to them.

Don't waste your time or money. Food isn't that great to pay those prices! I ordered 6 PC chicken nuggets, they were smaller than a quarter and didn't get my fries! Had to go somewhere else for lunch as I was still hungry!! They don't answer the phone and mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message!! First and last visit.
