Do youraelf a favor. Use the drive thru as they will not acknowledge that you are in a stall until they have completely cleared the drive-thru I simply wanted a cherry limeade and sat at the stall for 15 minutes waiting for someone to respond while other people were showing up at the drive-thru and getting right through and getting their orders that's truly bad business.

Most recent reviews are accurate as far as the service being unusually slow for a Sonic. Took about 10 minutes to get a cherry limeade and an order of cheesesticks and barely any cars waiting.

This is the slowest operating Sonic franchise that I’ve ever been to across 30+ states. Employees wearing baseball hats and flip flops running food from the kitchen, which is a litany of health and safety violations. Should have read the reviews before visiting, avoid this restaurant at all costs unless you want to wait 30 minutes for “fast” food.

Spent 40 minutes in line at the drive through and never recieved my order. Was late getting back to work and watched the employees serve folks behind me in lone repeatedly. Never witnessed so many cars pull away from a place. 8 cars in total left in this time and I myself did the same eventually. All I went there for was a cherry limade slushy. Lame.

The employees at this location are very rude. They act like you are unconvincing them when you order. They are very short with their words and don’t even acknowledge you when they bring you your food. Drinks were made wrong as

First half the order came out and it was wrong. Nbd. Except for the pickle fries were soggy and cold. I usually don't complain about cold food but these were completely cooked and felt like they were just sitting out in open ac. They were really cold. They were definitely sitting for awhile
I asked the car hop to bring us some that were not cold. The manager I'm guessing brings out another bag filled with the same pickle fries that were just dropped in the oil again. So now we have over cooked pickle fries that are dripping with hot oil. This place sucks...I do not recommend dining at this establishment. Saturday at 2 pm. Not very busy. Looks to be maybe 3 or 4 customers. The server was good...so there's that.

We were here 7/14/2024 at 6:15PM and the girl working at the ordering screen was hands down the worst interaction i’ve ever had a fast food establishment. We ordered two sprites with grape flavoring and you would’ve thought we asked her for her left leg. When we wanted to add a third drill onto the order she stated a total for the two sprites and then wouldn’t answer us after.
