this sonic opens at 8 AM. I pulled up at 8:30. Waited for 10 minutes at the drive-through. Nobody ever even acknowledge I was there. I drive over to the front knock on the window and she gives me the finger up like hold on well I’ve been holding already for a long freaking time. Anybody with this customer service should not be in any kind of service business. I can spend my money anywhere they want, and I don’t think any fast food employee realizes that we actually pay their salary in the long run. I think some education needs to be had with these fast food workers and the way they treat their customers.

There was a black hair in my food. I’m talking long black piece of hair. And I’m blonde… I was so gagged I couldn’t even finish my food. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but hair in my food, is a big no for me.

First time customer. Order 20 ahead of time. Got to the order stall pressed the button, waited 5 minutes no one answered. The red light turned off. Noticed the screen was off backed out to another stall waited 10 more minutes. I finally got my order and everything was wrong down to the drink. The fries and tots were very cold. Pressed the red button again waited 5min.
I had to get down and knock on the door. The employee looked at my food and told me everything was perfect and it was not.
They mad another order and they still got it wrong! They need to hire people who take pride in their work. The place was disgusting as you see in the picture when I had to knock.
never going there again.
Because the sad thing is they are not doing anything to make their employees better. I see others with the same experience.

Literally waited at the speaker for 5+ minutes and still no one said be with you in a minute or anything. Sat behind the car in front of my for at least 4 minutes. As I finally decide to drive off. Both car that were at the window drive off and I don't think they ever got served either. Which I could rate lower. Food is normally good if you can actually get it

Terrible job packaging a chili cheese dog in a stand up small bag that’s barely big enough for fries. The chili and cheese was everywhere and not on the hot dog. In the container and all inside the bag. Car hop with an attitude shrugged his shoulder and was like oh well. He should be fired. Do better sonic chesterfield.

I ordered my food for pickup at this location for 9:00 pickup time, giving a fifteen minute window for preparation. 1st, my order was fifteen minutes late. Then when I received my order, the hop forgot my drink and had to go back to get it. The food was cold, the toppings incorrect and when I arrived home and called the location, I received a phone disconnected message. This is the second and last time I will visit this location. I believe the bell hop was named Dariya. There was a man working with her and I could see him mopping the floors as customers were waiting for previously paid for food. IF I have to wait an additional fifteen minutes, AT LEAST provide me with hot and fresh food and do not place items on my food because I have food allergies.

if i could rate lower i would. nobody here knows how to take an order, they leave you at the drive thru for 10 minutes with nobody acknowledging you, and then they forget items on your order. spend your money somewhere else.

Couldn’t communicate the order. Either the mic was broken or the employee taken the order was very dumb. After 5 min of a stupid back and forth, we just gave up and went to a different place.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive up stalls and never got helped. Went through drive through instead and that took another 20 minutes. Just for a drink. Left empty handed once I physically had the space to leave the drivethru and so did a few others

Sat in line in drivethru for almost thirty minutes. Only stayed cause we were starving and invested at this point. Do not come here in less you have a clear afternoon with nowhere to be.

Stupid Simple

My experience was horrible! My order was wrong and they came and took order gave them receipt of what my order was and I had to wait 25 minutes and twice ringing at my soac to get acknowledged. Finally they came and I got the most dried up, swiveled chili cheese, corn I have ever eaten at any restaurant. I hope your quality of food is better and your service needs Great improvement! Will not be back to this location
