We use the St Louis Bread co to grab a quick lunch. We do a take out or dine-in depending on the time available. We like the place and find the menu suitable. Of course, it's nothing out of the ordinary but its a dependable place where we can get a good meal anytime without incurring a fat bill

As a follow up, when I contacted the store, they were going to put 2 entrees as a credit on my Panera account to compensate. This is appreciated, but an apology would’ve meant more.

Several sandwiches are tasty. Pastries are always excellent. Carry out is undependable; they occasionally omit including items we have ordered online and paid for. Sometimes we forget to check the bag, travel home, and are annoyed that some food is omitted. Although the store completes the order, that requires another trip to the store, which is inconvenient and delays eating.
