Stopped in here on Thanksgiving before the Chesterfield Turkey Trot and was impressed with the design and layout of this location. This is one of the cuter, more modern St. Louis area Starbucks I've been to. From what I observed, the staff were very friendly to everyone who came in during the brief time I was there. Thank you for being open on Thanksgiving!!!!!!

The audacity this Starbucks has to give me a matcha when I ordered a green tea?? In what world is that the same thing, not even remotely close to the same drink. Clearly the training process in this place is so far from meeting par. Truthfully I’m not mad I’m just disappointed that basic tasks cannot be completed

Stopped by this Starbucks on the way out of Chesterfield. It is a typical Starbucks with all of the drinks and food you would expect to find at other locations. It is convenient as it is just off of Interstate 94 and is on a road with plenty of other restaurants, if you want or decide on something other than Starbucks. They have a drive-thru or you can order in-person or via the app.

I deducted 2 stars because I ordered via the app and the wait time was or seemed excessive. I did not see many people in the drive-thru, there were not many in the store, but my drink and food item took a while to come out.

I went to this location in between my nieces tournament I got there at 9:01 and did not leave until 9:48. I don’t understand how you have a full staff of 5+ staff members maybe and still take that long to produce orders. On top of that my order was wrong. Also not to mention I left with cold foam sitting “on top” of my lid and was told “oops too much cold foam, sorry” instead of just wiping it off. I don’t understand why she couldn’t just wipe it off on top of that pronounced my name wrong multiple times without even trying. I have to go out in this area frequently and I will not come back to this location. Some not all of the customers gave “privileged”. It’s 2024 this should not still be a thing people. Also Starbucks is not cheap at all for me to receive this type of service.

Update: 8/26/24
Something went south here. Drinks were slow and poorly made. The music in store was so loud the baristas were having to repeat themselves. The bathrooms were disgusting. So sad when a favorite turns to be one of the worst in less than a year.
Our favorite Starbucks in the St. Louis area. They always nail the orders and have a very friendly and professional staff.
