Always mess up my order and one day a young woman was rude because i didnt want to order food and i just told her i needed to coffee because i was running late to work. Out of all the Starbucks this is the one i most hate .

Hello all! I have a positive experience 99% of the time I have driven through. When I’m on the go, I love that this place is exclusively drive thru. I had been met with nothing but amazing employees up until earlier this afternoon.

I placed an order around 3:46PM or so, on this day 12/6/24. Unfortunately, this time ordering, I was met with…a defeated attitude. The girl who took my order seemed down and depressed about something. She has blonde hair and some freckles on her face. I ordered a hot venti Chestnut Praline Latte with oatmilk, no whip. The order was perfect.

To the girl I describe, if you get a chance to read this, I just hope the rest of your shift went better. I could tell you were upset about something, maybe someone. I hope you have a better day the next time you clock in. I know it can be difficult taking coffee orders all day. Believe me, some customers are harder to interact with than others. Keep your head up, and try your best to interact with new customers with a more positive attitude. I don’t know what you’re going through, but whatever it is, I hope you get through it and feel better.

Your employee Alexia(?) is probably one of the worst I've ever come across. She had an attitude when taking my order through the speaker. Then I got to the window and was met with the same horrible attitude, huffing & sighing, and a grimace. Like she was annoyed that I was even there. Please give this woman an entry level course on basic customer service and professionalism. Sheesh.

I'm writing to express my concern about the way your staff handled a situation earlier today. I was in the car behind a customer who was having a disagreement with your team. A staff member/black girl approached to assist the manager, which only escalated the situation.

When the customer placed her order, she had difficulty hearing due to issues with the speaker. She requested just a medium dark roast coffee. However, when she pulled up, the manager refused to give her the coffee, stating, "You pulled up, so I’m not giving it to you." The manager's rudeness held up the line, and the staff member's involvement only added to the confrontation.

This situation could have been easily resolved if the manager had simply handed over the medium coffee. I hope you can address this issue to improve customer service in the future.

It's disappointing to see that your staff upset a customer to the point where they felt the need to use inappropriate language. This behavior is not acceptable for a manager. I will also be reaching out to corporate about this incident, and I have recorded the entire situation for reference.

I love this location. Yeah the parking lot isn’t great but not really that big of a deal. I’ve been a handful of times since I live near by and every time is great. Everything is always made perfect. But the best part is the staff! Mike, who often works the drive thru is very kind, personable, and makes my mornings better. Today a different lady was running the drive thru, which I was slightly disappointed at first but she ended up being very lovely as well! They all are always very on top of it! When they’re a little behind they are very apologetic and make conversation with you, even though they’re still always faster than most other locations anyways. And they’re always double checking that you got the right order.

Terrible location. Line often sticking out into heavy traffic road. Drive thru lines need to be re designed or they need to buy more of Dierbergs lot
