The food, drinks and staff are great but the temp in this place is literally 65 degrees year round. The ac is up and the heat is down!!! So, take it to go, or bundle up….

Drive through girl has a terrible attitude and doesn’t respond well to kindness. Also they are out of the stoppers for the coffee lids, that keep you from spilling hot coffee…. How does a coffee place run out of those?!

The service was horrible. No one greeted me, said hi, or acknowledged I was at the location.

When my order was made wrong, it took over ten minutes to get a staff member to acknowledge me enough to have it fixed.

15 minutes of waiting for a mobile order, with a cold shoulder staff is not a great way to encourage us to spend breakfast money here.

Very poor service! I went order Drivethru today asking for the bag and they said they don’t have a bag that can put drink carrier. I always order via doordash and I don’t think Starbuck not gonna provide the bag that fit that drink carrier they have. So frastuated! All the drink split out in my car.

I used the drive-thru and it was quick. Unfortunately, they filled my cup to the very top with ice and there were literally only two sips worth of drink in the cup. If you get the lavender matcha maybe ask for no ice...

They often mess up their nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream, and I’m not sure why

When I get it at any other Starbucks, it comes out cold and perfectly poured

Any time I’d get here, the guys first asks me if I want cold foam (if I wanted cold foam I would have asked for cold foam)

Second, every other star bucks pours their sweet cream first, then fills the nitro cold brew to the top

This place (my theory) is that they must pour the nitro first and then add the sweet cream second. This has unintended consequences of making the top really foamy and the cup is filled up like 80% off the way.

And it’s often warm which is dissapointing.

Also it’s $.20 more expensive than the one on Clarkson

So for the time being I’ve stopped going there

A few weeks ago I ordered a nitro cold brew w vanilla sweet cream and it came out black on the bottom, and some foam on the top, I asked if they could remake it, she said ‘oh it’s just cause it’s been sitting there a while’. (I mean I just ordered it in drive through like 20 seconds ago. This is a product of pouring the coffee first and the sweet cream last, it throws off the whole mix ology

The people are always extremely nice, and the drive through is a convenience I really miss, but every time I order the drink it’s a strictly worse version than down the road at a more expensive price

Finally a drive thru Starbucks in this area. Excellent location, indoor as well as outdoor seating. Indoor is very spacious. Regular Starbucks menu, gender neutral restrooms, etc. Nothing to complain as long as you like Starbucks!

I made a pick up order, for the drive-through, which is amazing that we finally have a Starbucks with one in this area! One of my items was the tomato mozzarella Panini, which was interesting to say the least. There were no tomatoes, hardly any mozzarella, and the middle of the sandwich had a soggy texture. However, the service was very fast and super friendly, and my coffee taste great!
