Staff is great very friendly, just slow. This is one of the slowest ordering experiences in the entire area. They need more people during the rush.

The service is wonderful and employees are friendly, however, if you go on a weekend by noon don't plan on ordering a ham/cheese croissant. They are always out by noon. I made the mistake of going there today only to have to go down the street to the store by Dierbergs.

I am new to ordering from this Starbucks but have ordered from them 3 times now bc of its proximity to work. The 1st was extremely long wait but I admittedly sent my order to the wrong store and they & the young lady was sweet in helping me sort it out. My fault no harm no foul.
2nd time I went I waited an additional 15 min for my mobile order than quoted thankfully I work right around the corner & made it by the skin of my teeth on time, & there were at least 6-7 workers & they were barely busy.
Today was my 3rd and final time, I ordered 30 min prior to needing to be at work as I took into account how long the wait was the prior 2 times, some how still managed to barely make it out in enough time to get to work. I don’t get it I don’t live in the area & the ones by me are far busier have less workers on & I still have never waited this long especially when ordering on the mobile app ahead. I passed by my highway K one on the way to work bc since construction on the 64 on ramp has been happening it is a nightmare to get out of the parking lot bc traffic is so backed up (not even service issues just simply construction that has steered me away). Yet in still I probably would’ve been better off battling that than ordering from here. I would say hire more ppl but I don’t know what the problem is to be honest bc you seem to have plenty. Everyone is always nice but dear lord this place is a hot mess. I would say don’t order from here and if you do double-triple the time you think it will take or that the app tells you.

Ive ordered venti ice matcha latte this morning with 2 EXTRA scoops of matchs. Can you imagine how strong and dark green it should have been. Was my hope ! Unfortunately it looked and tasted just like milk woth ice lightly tinted with matcha :( so upsetting. Especially now that Starbucks charges $1 dollar for extra scoop of katcha for venti size. It's so frustrating. Why would you pay $8.50 for this kind of drink. I got to another location in the city where they make their matcha dark and flavorful without you needing to ask about it. It taking over 30min to make my espresso today omg i late for my work but the customer service was so terrible i ask 3 times then they responded me that my drink is making? But i saw in the cafe wasn’t that much people but they don’t say sorry or anything

They need to train their staff in order to improve customer experience. They didn’t even put on the cup sleeve for my cup and just threw it on the counter next to my cup.

The food, drinks and staff are great but the temp in this place is literally 65 degrees year round. The ac is up and the heat is down!!! So, take it to go, or bundle up….

Drive through girl has a terrible attitude and doesn’t respond well to kindness. Also they are out of the stoppers for the coffee lids, that keep you from spilling hot coffee…. How does a coffee place run out of those?!
The service was horrible. No one greeted me, said hi, or acknowledged I was at the location.
When my order was made wrong, it took over ten minutes to get a staff member to acknowledge me enough to have it fixed.
15 minutes of waiting for a mobile order, with a cold shoulder staff is not a great way to encourage us to spend breakfast money here.

Very poor service! I went order Drivethru today asking for the bag and they said they don’t have a bag that can put drink carrier. I always order via doordash and I don’t think Starbuck not gonna provide the bag that fit that drink carrier they have. So frastuated! All the drink split out in my car.
