Nice staff, always good experience and drinks but cautious of operating hours. They sometimes randomly close. For example, they were supposed to be open yesterday on a Saturday morning but just weren't.
The service is wonderful and employees are friendly, however, if you go on a weekend by noon don't plan on ordering a ham/cheese croissant. They are always out by noon. I made the mistake of going there today only to have to go down the street to the store by Dierbergs.
Ive ordered venti ice matcha latte this morning with 2 EXTRA scoops of matchs. Can you imagine how strong and dark green it should have been. Was my hope ! Unfortunately it looked and tasted just like milk woth ice lightly tinted with matcha :( so upsetting. Especially now that Starbucks charges $1 dollar for extra scoop of katcha for venti size. It's so frustrating. Why would you pay $8.50 for this kind of drink. I got to another location in the city where they make their...
