Unfortunately, the product didn't meet our expectations. On Friday, my Office Manager ordered Stephanina's. It was DELICIOUS! So delicious that I instantly knew what I was going to eat on Saturday with my family.I called them on Friday to ask if they were the same as Stephanina's. I was told that the woman who helped to create the original, went over to Stef's. Long story short, the pizza WAS NOT good. Toppings looks appealing, but the crust was undercooked & unappealing. My family didn't like it at all.

I've ordered take out for lunch I think 3 times this yr and it's always delicious. Today I picked up my order right on the given pick up time and it was cold. Like, take it out of the oven toss on the counter for 20 mins cold. I don't like cold pizza. Do you not have a warming oven?!!?

This was probably one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. We walked in and the entire restaurant smelled like sewer. We almost left then but gave it the benefit of the doubt, because I know those problems can be out of the restaurant's hands...especially given the location. The service was just blah, the girl at the counter wasn't friendly or unfriendly. As for the pizza, it was the worst we've ever had. Going into this restaurant, we has no idea it was St Louis style and weren't expecting what we bit into. We'll definitely never be back and now we know to check the style of pizza anywhere in this location.

Walked in and its smelled like a bad porta John. They need to get this fixed, idk how they can operate or even be in the restaurant that smells that bad.

Ordered carry out and they charged my card twice. Then said I would have to call back at a later date to talk to the owners to fix it

Stefs pizza has always been a favorite of mine, and it still is. The pizza is amazing, and I always love the salad. The people are always friendly and nice. The pizza is always warm when get it. This is truly an amazing place.

We order from hear all the time. Idk what kind of witchcraft they use on the pizza, but it taste amazing, and then somehow taste even better when you reheat it in the microwave the next day. The flavor is incredible. It is like what a really good song is to your ears. I would highly recommend eating hear.
