The people that work there are very rude and inconsiderate. Very much lazy from customer service to making the food. Tried to give them another go but they are terrible!

The woman working displayed poor customer service. Not friendly at all.
Prices are high, cheapest foot long is $10 now, but they were fast and polite.

Every time I order to this location via the app, they get my sandwich wrong. Every time!! Worth it to use the app, just don’t order to this location. The receipt has every ingredient I asked for, yet they still add stuff on my sandwich I didn’t ask for.

We love this Subway, but unfortunately if you do carryout and are running late, they just let your sandwiches sit on the counter. That's not very good customer service or practicing smart food safety. Bummer?

Go further down and patronize the Ballwin location instead. The energy and customer service of what they offer here is trash. In addition very minimal with the ingredients in a $15 sandwhich that looks like it could have been made at home. Sometimes going above and beyond with the small request of guest gets the company a long way especially when other subways around does what’s being asked of the customer THAT IS PAYING ALOT for a simple sandwhich. Get better workers that have an understanding about going above and beyond and not being so dry and butt hung. Won’t be back. I’d rather drive the extra time for better .

This is a lunch stop I always order the same perfect sandwich, chicken teriyaki sweet onion, etc. Yesterday I ventured beyond my box and got the beef rather than chicken. I'm going back to the chicken, absolutely one of the best, mouth watering, savory delights I have ever sunk my teeth in. I am forever in subways debt and as long as the sandwich is offered, I will be knocking...

Typical Subway food (neither good nor bad). It's fast and filling for lunch, and I go there at least once a week. Lots of tables to sit at if you want to eat there - it's one of the larger Subways. This place is very erratic on it's sandwich making though. One day, I'll get lots of toppings, the next day, I'll get 2 pickles and 3 shreds of lettuce. Many of the employees need much more training, particularly in the customer service area. They guy that was running the checkout today talked to no one. Even after he rings up your order, he just looks at you like you're stupid. No greeting, doesn't tell you how much it is, no "thank you." They put my sandwich in a bag, but just tossed my chips and cookie on the counter - I guess they don't like bagging. No nothing. A little bit of basic customer service training for these people would go a LONG way and make the experience a little more pleasant.

I drove 15 mins to get a couple of sandwiches for my family, when I get there I saw an employee outside and I asked if they're still open because they had no customers inside and she said yeah we're still open. I walk inside and find a girl wiping the counters and cleaning the prepping area even though it was 8:15 pm, and she was mumbling and not happy to see me walk in at all. I asked are you closed, she said not for another 10 mins! I said it's only like 8:15, so what you close at 8:30? She said yeah some stores close at 8:30. I informed her that the hours for the store show that they close at 9 pm and she didn't reply nor acknowledged what I said. I ordered two foot long sandwiches, she gave me the worst attitude while making them, I paid and tipped her 20% just to teach her a lesson on how to deal with customers and to make her feel embarrassed.
