Great place for sushi. This is a chain, but this location in Chesterfield is the best one in the area by far. The only issue I've ever experienced is when dining here on a busy Friday night. Come here when not busy and it is a great experience. If busy, the orders can take a half hour to be filled. Try the specials. The kids' menu is very good.

Just not good sushi. The fish on the inside of rolls is more a puree than a piece and the fish on top of rolls was spongy and chewy. Both basic and more complex rolls were some of the worst sushi I’ve had. Extremely attentive service that seemed to deliver handfuls of rolls within a couple minutes.
Our visit was just perfect for lunch. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of food, which was delicious. The staff were incredibly nice and kept quality and service top notch. The time for food was very quick but in good time for freshly prepared dishes. This is a great sushi place and I'd go back anytime. The shrimp tempura was our top pick, but out of every dish we didn't have any bad.

Sushi AI has alright food at pretty good prices but this location has some serious capacity issues. I suggest not going during busy times as the kitchen will likely be backed up and the line will likely be long. If you are a group of two or if you make sure to get there early I would say it's 4-5 stars.
