Sweet Tapioca Cafe

This is by far the best boba tea!! Nothing around here compares. I have never had a drink there that was not delicious. Not only are the drinks wonderful, the staff are all just the sweetest. I highly recommend stopping by!

Small, beautiful boba cafe serving teas, ice coffees, bingsu shaved ice desserts, slushies, fruit juices and more—all customized when you order on the screen. Can adjust sweetness, type of milk, type of boba, how much ice, everything! They have board and card games to play in the cafe. Have’s seasonal specials. For winter they have hot coffee and hot chocolate. They are amazing!

A small and wonderful Boba Tea cafe with smoothies, coffees, sparkling juice sodas, bingsu shaved ice desserts and more! They have games to play in the cafe. Everything can be customized on the order screen- type of milk, how much ice, variety of boba, sweetness level and more. Just tried their chocolate bingsu— amazing! And seasonal hot coffee was great.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick snack and drinks. The customer service was great and it was a nice calm atmosphere. I’m taking my two youngest daughters back there next week.

I agree with other reviews saying their matcha isn’t great - the taste is pretty bland and extremely weak (or they didn’t follow my order, where I asked and was charged for extra matcha). I would come back, but I wouldn’t order their matcha latte again.

Their milk tea is the best we’ve had in St. Louis (we are visiting and have tried about handful of other places in the area), but their boba is on the harder side. The texture of their boba is usually explained by adding a lot of ice to a drink, which makes soft boba harden, but I’m not sure why this would’ve happened in a drink with no ice.

They charge an extra $3 for no ice, which brought the price of each drink to about $11(!!). We are from Seattle and this is in line with Seattle prices

Good variety of flavors, however, way overpriced for what you get. $8 for this much of a drink. I noticed after noticing ice sitting at the top untiuched by the liquid, crystal clear. That made me curious as to how much space ice was taking up. Before taking a sip, i removed all of the ice. This was the result. Absolutely not $8 worth of a drink.

Absolutely love the flavors they offer

We moved here from the Bay Area and had pretty high standards for boba and bingsu. We were searching for the right boba spot for a whole year, finding ourselves disappointed each time. We were so impressed when we tried this spot. The boba is perfectly soft and the teas taste AMAZING. The bingsu is so flavorful also. Not only are the desserts/drinks amazing but the customer service is unmatched. They always welcome us with smiles no matter how close to closing time we get there. We have found our new spot!! So happy to know we’ve found the most perfect spot!

I tried their Mango Matcha Latte, and it was one of the worst I’ve had to date. I didn’t get the taste of mango flavor, and the matcha lacked the richness and depth I usually expect. Overall, the drink was bland and unbalanced, it just didn’t come together well.

Absolutely gorgeous shop! Customer service was awesome. I did a pickup and the employee waited to put my boba into my drink until I arrived so that it was nice and fresh. The boba itself(brown sugar with tapioca) was one of the best I've had in a long time. 10/10, I will be coming back!

Quite literally the prettiest boba place in STL. The atmosphere is top notch from the surrounding wall of decorations to the music. The drinks are also fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend the Paradise Sparkling drink. It’s a refreshing lychee flavored soda drink that is perfect for a hot sunny day. The bingsu is also really good. It’s a delicious milky shaved ice dessert topped with goodness. We always get the twister bingsu that has mango and strawberry on top as well as sauces mixed within. The smallest size is perfect for 2-3 people! Last but not least, service is great!
