This is THE Christmas Eve experience. We have gone other times but we have been on 12/24 for the last few years. It really gives the family a chance to have a lengthy and relaxed meal and chat with one another. Food is always splendid and service has been impeccable each time. Thanks again.
Came here with family on Sunday and had a great experience! All of the food was great, the waitress was very nice and knowledgeable, the manager was attentive, the restaurant was clean, and they responded quickly to a mishap with our meal. The portion sizes were great, everything was great. My only complaint is that the water in the bathroom didn’t get hot, or even warm. It was ice cold. Other than that, our experience was amazing. It was our first time dining at the Melting Pot and it did not disappoint. Gabriel our server did an excellent job explaining the different courses and food and cooking options. The food was delicious and it was a really fun experience. Would definitely recommend going here
