I ordered gluten free corn beef skillet and husband ordered regular pancakes. Both were great!

The French toast was underwhelming and the atmosphere was a little sportsbar-ish. Overall decent vibe, will go again for a breakfast grab, but will likely choose the pancakes next time.

Ali was amazing. We had a wonderful brunch on the patio and Ali catered to our every need. I am
picky, and she brought out the most amazing Caramel coffee modified perfectly to my specifications. She checked in with us several times, Was incredibly friendly and truly made us feel like we were making her day. She made our day.

Waited 1 full hour people who came after us and that were only there for 15 minutes for their food before us. Wouldn’t recommend when they’re busy, as they forget to put your order in. However! They did make it right and gave us a meal free taken off our check after we said something.

My husband and I LOVED this place while we lived in Chesterfield …. we miss this place so much!! We are definitely coming back to visit this place when we come back to St. Louis or Chesterfield!!

I really enjoyed breakfast. The waitress was efficient but seemed like she really wanted to be elsewhere. The omlette was very good and they were willing to substitute fruit for me.

absolutely love this place! they have an online waitlist that is super easy to use, the best gluten free pancakes in town and such a fun environment. Staff is great, food is fantastic and it always comes out quick and delicious no matter how packed they are.

The Shack never makes an omelette the way it is ordered. Ever. I'm not sure why I keep trying it (which is probably on me). Plus, service is usually spotty - long waits to pay check, etc.

Make sure you go to the bathroom BEFORE eating here. We just had a very disappointing and off-putting experience, which is unfortunate since my son has Celiac’s and has few places to safely choose from. Food and service was ok but my 5 year olds both had to go to the bathroom shortly after our food arrived. Every one of the four stalls in the women’s bathroom was filthy, toilet filled and out of toilet paper so we had to rush to get our bill and food boxed up in the middle of our meal so we could get to a bathroom. I alerted a staff member and was told they would tell a manager but there was no apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Staff was friendly enough but I was taken aback that no one really acknowledged it before we walked out.

If you are close this is a must try!! Amazing food options even alcoholic cereal shakes! Lots and lots of variety! 10 ⭐'s out of 10 for sure!

Tried this restaurant and the service was terrible. Server never checked on us - table of 4, asked for items- extra butter and syrup which were never brought. Server only stopped at table to take order and when he dropped off the check.
