Topgolf St. Louis - Chesterfield

This was our first time at Topgolf and it did not disappoint! It reminds me of a really nice bowling alley only it’s a driving range. It’s honestly just as fun for beginners to pros. There are several different fun games to play so it’s not just about who can drive the farthest. It was a very fun lively atmosphere. We stayed for 2 hours but could have easily stayed longer. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Rip off. Be aware. We paid upon arrival and that’s when the clocks starts ticking on your booth rental. We needed to get settled, order drinks, pick out drivers, golf clubs, use the restroom, etc and those necessary things took 20 minutes and we only had a few minutes to hit balls. The waiter kept saying we can add more time but what about the time he took to take our orders and show us how to use the machine. What about getting on the elevator and finding our bay? Be aware of this place. We’re not cheap golfers. This sport costs money and we love it. Don’t nickel and dime us. Tell us that the clocks start ticking upon arrival. Plus they charged the people who had never been there $5 on top of the cost to play even though the veterans had been there before. Rip off. The food was unhealthy. A bunch of fried chicken with ranch dressing. Yuck

This place claimed to have gluten-free food. It either does not or their workers don't care. Now I child is miserable from the pain of their cross contamination.

I came to top golf chesterfield yesterday to have a good time with my 3 young daughters,We paid for 60 minutes, had to wait 25 minutes for kids clubs to get delivered to use so we sat and waited and waisted 20 minutes of our time. We ordered food and drinks, drinks came after about 20 minutes, then we waited another 10-15 minutes for straws to drink our beverages after asking 2 more times for straws. Food came in a decent time but we were short 1 item, that one item finally came as we were finishing the extra 30minutes I purchased since we were running out of time after waiting for clubs for 20+ minutes.We never got refills on our drinks and we only seen our waitress 2 times in the total 90 minutes we were there. My kids were 14,10,9 and they kept saying the service was horrible.smh

Food looks better than it is! Waited for 2 and half hours when the wait list increased time by 1 1/2 hours. Will not be back .Waste if a day.

We didn't make a reservation due to last minute planning. We showed up at noon on half priced Tuesday 8/13. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful to get us on the wait list. We waited in the restaurant, ordered lunch, expecting a 2 hour wait. Before our food showed up, I was notified that we had a bay. Our bar staff being short staffed was so polite and appreciative. We were moved to the 3rd floor, and our server was Jayden and her manager, Matt. Both went above and beyond to get us set up, plus get our time extended so our grandkids had a great time. Knowing we should have reserved in advance was on us, but they went out of their way to accommodate us. Great day, great venue!

Paid for an additional outing at a promotional rate and scheduled it for August 31st. We had an emergency surgery yesterday and 4 of our 6 family members cannot make it into town. TopGolf manager at this location has refused to extend the promotion. Tacky.

Typical top golf experience but service was horrible. With a group of 5 and maybe had a total of 8 drinks then was cut off to water. Great place but that’s crazy!
