Trolley Track Cookie Co.

The cookies are amazing! I ordered two dozen bakers choice cookies for a trolley museum holiday party in Colorado Springs. They were a huge hit-partly because they were trolley themed but also because they were delicious. The chocolate supreme are heaven!! I would highly recommend this bakery.

She did the cookies for my baby shower and they were both beautiful and delicious! Even two days later, the cookies are soft inside with a slight crunch on the outside. I would order cookies from Trolley Track for any event! So many guests at the baby shower commented how amazing the cookies were and how adorable the designs were. Thank you again!

Both cookies we ordered had a large number that were less than half the agreed upon size, and many were raw and undercooked. Do not patronize this person

They have the best cookies I’ve ever had!!!! Love their cookies! I buy a bunch and then freeze them until I’m ready then put them in the microwave for 30 seconds. My favorites are the chocolate chip with pecans and the chocolate ones. To die for!!

This was an incredible learning experience for my daughter and her friends. I cannot express how nice it is to learn from such a talented baker like, Diane. She was born to bake! We cannot wait to come back for more!

OMG!! You gotta go see Diane, the new owner, of the Trolley Track Cookie Co. (formerly the Bakers Hub) in the Forum Center. Her cookies are insanely delicious. If you are a chocolate lover try the Chocolate Supreme cookie. She has some really unique flavors along with traditional flavors as well. Not just cookies. They have strudel and other pastries. They also baked gluten free and vegan.Nice lady to give your business to.
