I usually like Wendy's. For fast food, it rates higher than others. This one was a little under par. The place seemed adequately staffed, but we had to wait for several minutes to order. Long enough for the gentleman ahead of us to comment to us about it.

The food was not hot. Cheese on my burger was still cold, and they put too much condiment on it.

The manager (Yesi) was extremely rude, and the lack of customer service is a digrace,we requested her some ketchup package, and she slammed the ketchup on the tray. It was a very unfortunate situation to start my morning breakfast.
The counter was dirty, and the ketchup dispensary was empty.

Doors were locked during lunch and hours were scratched off the front door. I think they’re closed.

Been a regular at this location for two years, can’t be bothered to visit anymore after five lunches in a row (mobile pickups) being filled incorrectly. I think I got the right drink twice, and every single time my condiment selection has been willfully ignored.

I don’t know what staffing changes took place in the last six months but this location is dead in the water. Save your money time and effort and go functionally anywhere else.

Ordered a delivery order at 9:30pm, got a call from my delivery driver at 10:15pm that they closed. Called the 800 number and the lady from India told me there’s nothing she can do other than a refund. Very frustrating when you’re traveling for work and hold Wendy’s to the expectation they ask for in the fast food world.

My family came here today for lunch. We ordered and sat down to eat as usual. There was an elderly couple having a hard time with the door, so my husband opened it for them. An employee then snapped at them, saying he shouldn't have let them in because the lobby was closed...lobby hours were stated for several hours past when we were there and there was no sign on the door or near it. The couple apologized and said they didn't realize it wasn't open. The manager told them to leave. My family and another couple there were not told to leave. It was so rude, we decided to leave with them.
