I just wasted $3 on a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe. I asked for no mayo and cheese (I know). It still came with cheese. But the thing that made it worse was the pickles were FROZEN! I threw it out. I think that was God's way of telling me to stop eating fast food 🤣🤣

Food was good.. The staff acted like I irritating them by walking in the door.. There was no ice in the dining room soda machine and the staff didn't care if it was filled or not. The restaurant and rest room was filthy.. Stay away!!

Our favorite is the $5 jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag with a frosty for the drink. Just enough for a quick lunch or snack.

For some reason the individual working the drive thru was extremely mad and had a very aggressive behavior. It was the strangest interaction I’ve ever had. I was just surprised and my only real recourse is to leave a review. I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes but Wendy’s definitely need to address this situation

This Wendy's store disappointed me. We went because it was my grandson's 8th birthday 🎂 and it is his favorite restaurant and food. The food was okay, but the manager was being very disrespectful to customers. She even gave me a glare as she went out to go smoke weed for her break. I know this because when we left I could smell it coming out of her car. She told one customer that she couldn't help him with the kiosk machine to make his order (which is what she was instructing all customers to do).
Use the kiosk she said. which was located right next to a register where she standing while refusing to help him. There are a lot of people who do not know how to use kiosks. He tried.
She was not friendly and clearly she did not want to be at work yesterday.
Maybe she was just having an off day but never take it out on customers.
I was actually worried about our food not being up to quality because of poor management. 😕

The lady at the window said they were short on staff, why it was taking so long. Food order was almost completely incorrect. I ordered the 10 pieces chicken nuggets, that was correct. The Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, was wrong and burger cold, Then Dave's #1 with large fries and coke. The burger was wrong and cold, fries and coke was correct. Last, another cold, small burger plain, didn't order.

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I hate being forced to order food from a machine. Guess Wendy's isn't about customer service anymore. The girl making my meal, when she finally appeared about 5 minutes after I ordered, was talking on her phone, LOUDLY, while making my order. Just a horrible experience. And they're hiring........
