Wetzel's Pretzels

Attempted to order yesterday for my small kids and myself. The lady in there glanced at us sideways but never smiled, acknowledged us or anything. I stood there for about 5 mins before I just turned around and walked out. There were no other customers.

Pretzel and service was good. Would def return. Way better than auntie Ann's.

Worst werzel’s pretzel we ever visited. We asked for dog bites and I saw they were making a batch in the oven. I asked how long it will take but the staff said “No”. We had to take the things that had been sat in the case for no-idea how long. We ended up getting the pizza pretzel. It was dry and cold. Very disappointing

Pretzels taste nothing like other Wetzel pretzels. Overcooked and not fresh.

I just had a plain pretzel and regular lemonade, and now I am hooked! It was so buttery, and flavorful! I was full after eating half, so had enough for leftovers! One daughter got the pepperoni pretzel, and another got the hotdog bites, and they enjoyed them. There was a nice variety of pretzels. The person serving us (Timothy?) was super nice, as was the person making the pretzels. We will most definitely add this to our list of favorite places!

Delicious pretzels!!!!! The hot dog bites are tasty, the pepperoni bites are awesome, and the cinnamon bites are delectable!!!! My daughter loves working there as well!!!!!

Vegetarian options: They have plain buttery pretzel’s and sweet cinnamon bites!!!!

Parking: There is plenty of parking around the whole outlet!!!!!

Kid-friendliness: My kids love their pretzels ?!!!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs so anyone can roll right in. My grandfather could have used his electric wheelchair easy there.

Not good at all....pretzels were very chewy, no salt & small amount of butter. Tasted like they were made yesterday

Overly priced

I wanted a pretzel today but a young lady and a guy was getting into it the guy was professional but the lady was cursing and that's very unprofessional I will never return here
