This Applebee's in Chillicothe, MO, was very clean, service was prompt and friendly, prices wete reasonable, food was delicious( We both had the Chicken Parm Fettuccine)and there was a lot more than we could eat while there. The waitress was very sweet and brought us to go containers which were nicer than most places as these could be used to also reheat the rest of our meal in which we did the next night. I would definitely recommend this restraint and personally look forward to going back again next time we are in Chillicothe.

Not very happy. I understand they were swamped and short staffed but when we first arrived we called to let them know we were at the car pickup. The lady that answered was downright rude and stated you will gave to wait as we are very busy.
A bit later a very nice manager came out and explained the problem. We finally got our order 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Stuff was cold. My chicken breast was BURNT TO A CRISP on one side.

Dirty silverware and flies in the water. Dishes were dirty also. The silverware and plates for appetizers were covered in crumbs. Got water that had a bug in it. Got another water that also had a bug in it. Went to take second glass to the bar and was told, “Don’t worry, we won’t charge you for the bugs.” Didn’t get any kind of apology after all of this.

Pam the bartender was great.. she gave me some shit about paying with a 100 dollar bill....sayin no change back on those bills... lol....bless her heart....I gave her a 20dollar tip on an 21.00 tab....very good gal!!!!

Jerold was our server for the evening. Jerold was very tentative and made sure we were taken care of for the duration of our visit! He is an amazing asset to your staff, thank you for taking great care of us!

I love this place! I recommend the wings! Mariah is always amazing! She is a manager there. Her service is always on the spot! When she isn't there the service is kind of dull. 😅 Please give her a raise!

Late afternoon. Food was definitely not up to normal Applebee's fare. Waitress was polite but bad at her job. 3 tables in the whole restaurant, no refills, weird stuff in my salad, breadstick harder than the croutons. I definitely won't be back.
