Nearly every time we go through the drive through it takes between 5-10 minutes just to have the team begin taking my order at the speaker. Always have to wait. Then place my order and always have to pull forward for the even the smallest order and wait for my order to be walked out to me. Today I was in the drive through for a total of an hour! A whole hour! Maybe the team is just short handed 3-4 members or maybe they are making my order fresh (which I hope). But many times my vegetables on the sandwich have the texture and color of being cut and sitting out hours old. Even going inside you will be waiting for 25-45 minutes for your order so schedule some extra time. If your lunch time allotted is only 30 minutes you pay just pass on this location.

Went to the drive through to order lunch. Was asked to look over the menu and they'd get my order shortly. After looking over the menu I proceeded to wait.... for 10 minutes. I left. When someone only gets a 30 minute lunch break that's absurdly way to long to wait and not even get their order taken. Most sit down restaurants have faster order to delivered times.

Food was nasty, like the oil in the fryer hadn't been changed for a long time. Manager was bitching at employees the whole time we were there. Went there for a birthday lunch, will NEVER enter those doors again. Enter at your own risk. If I had the option on here to put negative stars this would be minus 10, it doesn't even deserve a 1 star review.

Joke of an establishment. Went in because the line was literally too long for the drive thru. Wasn’t even acknowledged for 15 minutes. Finally got someone to take orders. Ordered first but everyone behind got their food before us even though we only got fries since they were virtually out of every drink. Took 20 minutes to get said fries and not even a thank you. Absolutely disappointed. Also, no one wore gloves the whole time we were in there.

The staff were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. The food was all fresh and tasted amazing! The environment was clean and comfortable. I wish more restaurants ran this well! Great job Chillicothe BK!

Well the good news is the store is clean. However they are slow. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal with no cheese. One of my burgers had cheese the other did not neither however had pickles the buns were kind of smashed together. Also the fries came with no salt. The Coca-Cola freestyle machine was out of about half of the flavors. Strong suggestion to not go here.
Good Char burgers as good as always. Jalapeno poppers were good but little burnt.

July 24, 2025 with drive-through had the best experience today that I’ve had since they came to Chillicothe the lady’s name is Shanna she is awesome. She’s the nicest person I’ve ever had contact with at this Burger King

Food was amazing even got a little dragon companion too. It's my first time trying the hot mozzarella fries, but they were delicious. And I am very excited to go see the How to Train Your Dragon movie I really hope it is good.
