HORRIBLE doesn't even describe this place! Waited 45 minutes in the drive- thru only to have our food messed up! Sprite was brown in the cup and cup was filthy with dried on splatters! Manager refused to let us have some mayo for our chicken sandwiches that was supposed to come on them! Was told they had no way to give us any! Whopper with cheese only, came loaded with everything on it! Big Fish sandwich looked like it had been around since yesterday! Everything fried tasted like RANCID OLD OIL! Manager(red head) refused to give her name and the owners name! Was told to call tomorrow! When I asked her again for the requested information was told I would be "waiting a long time!" I hope the owner sees this because I have never left a Google Review for anything ever, but this was the most ridiculous experience ever and would love to speak with you! I took the time to read your other Google Reviews and it sounds like this is a common occurrence in your store! Sounds like some customer service training is NEEDED, because we sure didn't have it our way!

Today March 20 2024 we went to the drive thru to order our food. We where being patient and kept repeating our order and was asked over four times what we said so I spoke louder and got cussed out for it. We weren't in the wrong but they sure was rude. Never ever will ever suggest anyone to this burger king.

Lady at drive thru window called me a vulgar name because the lid came off of my cup because the cup was defective and it spilled in my lap and in my coach purse. I didnt blame her i simply asked for another drink and some napkins to clean the mess up. I even tried to show her the problem with the cup but she called me vulgar name and slammed the window. I called the store immediately and the manager took care of it. I hope she lost her job you can't work with the public if you are gonna call people vulgar names and be rude to people.
