Lovely local folk made us feel so welcome, and made us excellent smoothies and coffee. Well worth a stop. Located inside a crossfit gym with plenty of parking out front. Cool handmade wooden cutting boards on sale.

She is so friendly and the smoothies are amazing. So is the smoothie bowl! I would recommed everyone to give it a try!

The smoothies, snacks and coffee are all beyond expectation. You can actually see the whole ingredients going into the smoothie as it's being made. Great for post workouts or a meal substitute! The lady will talk your ear off.

They have some of the best coffee in town

I love dropping in to pick up healthy smoothies, energy balls, acai bowls and sammies. The food is yummy. And all the ladies are so friendly & sweet.
