Ordered my food 3 of us repeated what I asked to have left off only one thing was left off the lady clearly didn't understand what any of us was saying to her. The pork in the tamales was dry and bland. Everyone else enjoyed there food so not a total waste I guess.

Driving east on 36 through all the little tiny towns, we wondered where we might have lunch. I found El Toro in TripAdvisor. The place was hopping at lunch. We were seated immediately and had quick and efficient service. The lunch menu was terrific and we each enjoyed our meal very much. I would highly recommend this spot. It’s family owned and has been there for 25 years. And they have some of the best homemade salsa we’ve had in a long time.
