McDonald's

Use to be better and quicker than the burger King, now it takes a half an hour for your food and the Ketchup dispenser is broken. And they do not put Ketchup in your bag so you waste even more time getting Ketchup fromsomeoneat the counter, if you can get their attention. Becausr they will just walk right past you. All the while your food gets cold. Save yourself from the nightmare and go any place else. I know I will from now on!

The drive thru took 11 minutes. The McRib was NOT good. Was only able to eat 1/3 of it. McRib was soggy, very unappetizing. Will never order again. Down right nasty to have in my mouth.

Amazingly poor service. Entered my order of 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, and a large diet coke. at 2:03 p.m. and didn't get it until 2:24pm. Once I got back on the road was the first time I was able to take a drink of my diet coke. I immediately realized it wasn't a diet because it didn't taste like one. I'm not sure what it was, so I kept it, and if I get sick, I'll have it analyzed. I keep trying to give McDonald's extra chances because of the last 5 times I've been to them, I've had terrible experience. I think I'm done. Going to Burger King or Dairy Queen from now on.

I have more than one experience to share…the first one was about a month ago and I order through the app for curbside pick up…they tried to bring me the wrong order and I let them know what my order actually was…that was when someone else came out with that same wrong order and tried to give it to me again…I then told that person what my order was supposed to be…30 minutes later and no more action coming from the workers…I was fed up and marched my butt inside…not only did they forget about me…my order was nowhere on there screens at all. They offered to make my order for me and gave me a free pie for the “inconvenience” but when I got home and looked at my food…only half of it was there…the next experience was tonight…I went through the drive through and within my order…I was supposed to receive 2 sweet teas and sweet and sour sauce to go with the nuggets I ordered…what I did receive was one sweet tea, one nasty unsweet tea, and no sauce whatsoever…I wasn’t able to tell about the tea earlier because the girl at the window made the drinks for all the cars in the line and had them there waiting and didn’t give them to us until the food was ready…and the lady at the first window was so hard to understand and moved the card reader while I was trying to insert my car and put it in a position that made it damn near impossible to get to without jabbing my arm into my car door. I swear…I can’t get one good experience here…they all just suck.

Well what.can you say, it's McDonald's. I personally think that they have gone down hill over the past few years . They are definitely not the McDonald's I grew up with.

Parking: Not a problem, ever.

Saw two customers live could not get waited on and it has bin 18 minutes so far and we have not got food neither about to go home without it.

I don't want to a Karen so don't let this come off that way. Let me set the story for young It's Saturday morning im taking my grandma to a fall festival a few towns away. Quickly we decide to grab a coffee and hash brown . Not having time for the drive through we go in (plus grandma wanted to use the restroom). The first red flag was the bathroom locks not working. Now that was okay I didn't really mind what can you expect . There also wasn't a trash can and the toilet wouldn't flush. Okay that's a problem but you know what maybe it was just a bad stall. I wash my hands and not dry them because paper towels are not offered. I then order on the machine just to skip the line and again save time . It's having all sorts of issues wouldn't let me pay, kept deleted my order and more. We decide to get in line to order with a person. Long line but that is out of their control so I don't mind I wait. We order and get in line for the pickup. That part was smoothish.The cashier did fart while she was checking us out . I assume this because I smelled it. I'm standing by the ketchup dispenser when a gentleman comes up to try to get ketchup it squirts as me as if some type of water gun. Maybe I'm just unlucky. The wait was a while and I found myself staring in the kitchen for entertainment. I pulled out my phone to note a few things I noticed. They weren't wearing hairnets or any sort or gloves 🤢. I saw my coffee in which was iced be made and just sitting there . The floor was covered in food. I saw 7 flies. When they gave me my coffee it was completely melted and the whip cream was flat which for a 6 dollar coffee was pretty disappointing. We ordered a hash brown for each of us and only received one I tried to let them know but all employees ignored me. We took our hash brown we payed twice the amount for and my melted coffee out to the car after out 50 minutes of being in the restaurant. If you've ever been to a big event like a football game and park then tried to get out think of it like that. They have barely any parking and it's so hard to get out of the parking lot. This is my story in conclusion it might be faster to drive to the next town over or maybee just find your meal at Walmart. Thank you for your time.

Ps the hash brown was oily and un flavorful not the usual McDonald's hashbrown
