Great crew

This used to be one of the best Mcdonald's. However, they have really gone downhill. If you order a large fry, expect a medium or smaller. If you order a Big Mac with light mac sauce, expect it to have so much sauce on it that you want to gag.

Filthy, crowded, slow

It was great until we got outside....
We got our drinks to go. we got our drinks in about 3 minutes, then we got in the car. I took about 4 sips, and I thought my dink tasted off. Then I looked at the receipt and realized that they put a sweet tea instead of a 1/2 cut tea like I ordered.

Great oatmeal, best ever, great service and well run place. Two thumbs up...Ronald McDonald statue by bench a plus too...

Long waiting times just to get old food

We ordered 3 sweet teas on the app and it took quite a bit longer than it should have. (Probably 10 minutes)
There was a pickle stuck to the window from the inside and it was looking pretty sunbaked as though it had been there awhile. The young lady was nice and polite though. Store was clean other than the pickle.

They should have peanuts for their Sundays quite disappointed that they feel the need to rise the price and not have peanuts after all the years maybe they need to revisit their prices and service do to this matter and bring back peanuts

Use to be better and quicker than the burger King, now it takes a half an hour for your food and the Ketchup dispenser is broken. And they do not put Ketchup in your bag so you waste even more time getting Ketchup fromsomeoneat the counter, if you can get their attention. Becausr they will just walk right past you. All the while your food gets cold. Save yourself from the nightmare and go any place else. I know I will from now on!

The drive thru took 11 minutes. The McRib was NOT good. Was only able to eat 1/3 of it. McRib was soggy, very unappetizing. Will never order again. Down right nasty to have in my mouth.

Amazingly poor service. Entered my order of 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, and a large diet coke. at 2:03 p.m. and didn't get it until 2:24pm. Once I got back on the road was the first time I was able to take a drink of my diet coke. I immediately realized it wasn't a diet because it didn't taste like one. I'm not sure what it was, so I kept it, and if I get sick, I'll have it analyzed. I keep trying to give McDonald's extra chances because of the last 5 times I've been to them, I've had terrible experience. I think I'm done. Going to Burger King or Dairy Queen from now on.

I have more than one experience to share…the first one was about a month ago and I order through the app for curbside pick up…they tried to bring me the wrong order and I let them know what my order actually was…that was when someone else came out with that same wrong order and tried to give it to me again…I then told that person what my order was supposed to be…30 minutes later and no more action coming from the workers…I was fed up and marched my butt inside…not only did they forget about me…my order was nowhere on there screens at all. They offered to make my order for me and gave me a free pie for the “inconvenience” but when I got home and looked at my food…only half of it was there…the next experience was tonight…I went through the drive through and within my order…I was supposed to receive 2 sweet teas and sweet and sour sauce to go with the nuggets I ordered…what I did receive was one sweet tea, one nasty unsweet tea, and no sauce whatsoever…I wasn’t able to tell about the tea earlier because the girl at the window made the drinks for all the cars in the line and had them there waiting and didn’t give them to us until the food was ready…and the lady at the first window was so hard to understand and moved the card reader while I was trying to insert my car and put it in a position that made it damn near impossible to get to without jabbing my arm into my car door. I swear…I can’t get one good experience here…they all just suck.

I would give zero stars. My kids ate here yesterday and they both got good poisoning confirmed by my kids doctor.
