Great food and friendly service

Ordered a pizza by phone call, said ready in 15 minutes, went in 25 minutes, paid cash, then they couldn’t find my pizza. Stood there another 5 or more minutes while they looked. Never found it, said I could wait another 10 minutes and they would make a new one. Told them I just wanted my money back. They would not give my money back and said I only get store credit. Who says I will come back? No money back-
