Ordered a #11 (chicken sandwich) with tots, cherry limeaide, and a mini peanutbutter shake. Waited nearly 10 mins to recieve the meal. Drove the mile home. Opened it up, and found a foot long hotdog, tots, and a mini butterfinger shake that was more melted than ice cream.

Ordered bacon egg and cheese toaster. There was so little egg and bacon that it tasted like a grilled cheese sandwich. They have reduced what they put on it. Took a very long time to get the cheese bread. Ultimate burrito was also 1/3 the size that it usually is. Not seeing this at other locations.

Food is trash. Drinks are good. Service was good. Ordered a chicken sandwich with EXTRA LETTUCE AND EXTRA PICKLE. Got a plain sandwich which I couldn’t eat bc it tasted like the chicken crossed 14 deserts to make it to my sandwich.

3 burgers all made wrong, what you don't know the difference between mayo and mustard, don't know what jalapenos are? Will take my business on down the road where they know the difference and add jalapenos when ordered!!
Sonic is great! I've been going there for years, primarily for their Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito with grilled onions! I always need a little extra salsa! At least, I used to...shrinkflation had changed things. The burrito is 25-50% smaller than it once was. Sad, but it's still good. I also love the conies, tots, All Natural Lemonade, and Ched 'R' Peppers. Service is very hit-or-miss, though, so don't be surprised if something is wrong with your order. The burgers are okay, but if you have a choice, Hick's or even Burger King is better. And of course the shakes and blasts are delicious when you have a sweet tooth!

Ok I ordered a caramel shake and waited for over 15 min and not only was it NOT thoroughly mixed, it was chocolate not caramel and nothing but pure chocolate syrup at the bottom....seriously if I'm waiting that the order should be correct and prepared correctly.
Atmosphere was rushed, noisy, and the unnecessary beep when you push the button to order is painfully obnoxious and invasive...how bout the button just lights up?

This place is trash. I placed an online order and Didn’t receive my food until over an hour later. It said it was in the kitchen and then disappeared. I waited about 45 minutes until I decided to push the button to get help because I know people can get busy. All he said was “well it’ll be out shortly if it said it was in the kitchen. Have a nice day.” I waited about 20 more minutes and decided to pull up to the pick up window to get help. As soon as I got up there, a woman with red hair said “what’d you have?” If you knew why I was pulling up there, why did no one come out to help me? I showed her my receipt on my phone and she just acted like I was an inconvenience. “Give me a minute” she said with a scowl on her face. She gives me my food and says “I had to remake it.” Where did it even go in the first place? I wasn’t offered anything for wasting my time. And I will not be wasting my time there ever again.
