Ok I ordered a caramel shake and waited for over 15 min and not only was it NOT thoroughly mixed, it was chocolate not caramel and nothing but pure chocolate syrup at the bottom....seriously if I'm waiting that the order should be correct and prepared correctly.
Atmosphere was rushed, noisy, and the unnecessary beep when you push the button to order is painfully obnoxious and invasive...how bout the button just lights up?

This place is trash. I placed an online order and Didn’t receive my food until over an hour later. It said it was in the kitchen and then disappeared. I waited about 45 minutes until I decided to push the button to get help because I know people can get busy. All he said was “well it’ll be out shortly if it said it was in the kitchen. Have a nice day.” I waited about 20 more minutes and decided to pull up to the pick up window to get help. As soon as I got up there, a woman with red hair said “what’d you have?” If you knew why I was pulling up there, why did no one come out to help me? I showed her my receipt on my phone and she just acted like I was an inconvenience. “Give me a minute” she said with a scowl on her face. She gives me my food and says “I had to remake it.” Where did it even go in the first place? I wasn’t offered anything for wasting my time. And I will not be wasting my time there ever again.

The food we got was okay, but we ordered a cheeseburger and got a double burger with bacon. We ordered a medium diet coke and got a giant rootbeer. We ordered a lemonade and got some blue drink that did get exchanged for a lemonade.

Used the app to order. Pulled into Sonic and sat for 30 minutes waiting for our order. Pressed the button and ask where was our order. They said they missed it on the app and would get it right out. Another 20 minutes go by, still no order. The order was for a large coke and an order of fried pickles. If we hadn't prepaid, we would have left. Was not impressed at all.
