I received very professional and attentive service from Hannah, she went the extra mile and double checked my order and corrected the issue without me having to say a word. I really appreciate that and will return because of it. Way to go Hannah, promote her soonest.

Today my family and I went there to eat. We eat there quite a bit when we go to Chillicothe. But Today was the last time we will never return because of there bad choices. And attitude. Today they told us that we had to order on there nasty kiosk that are touched by all kinds of dirty hands that pass germs they tried to tell us that they clean them but there is no way they can keep up with the volume of customers using it. Plus there has been studies were they find big percentage of feces on the screens of other restaurants kiosk. From people not washing there hands after using the restrooms. So why would I want to touch it. And then they told me to order on my cell phone. They gave me no way to order than that. So we said ok thanks and left the restaurant. Then I called to confirm that it was the restaurants choice to do business that way . And we talked to the manager on duty and she was not kind and hung up on me when I ask if taco bell takes greediness over an employees job. They had a man standing at the counter telling people where to order instead of letting him take orders. Taco bell in Chillicothe will never have our business again. We can cook at home just as easy as stopping at there restaurant plus save on cash. So good by to them and I hope others feel the same way and hold them accountable. Maybe in the future people my hold them accountable like the people did to bud light. One more thing the lost at least 30.00 today and we eat there at least 3 times a week so figure how much there going to loose in a year. I hope others hold them accountable the same and let it sink in .

My father went inside to order food with his significant other. They refused to take his order at the front desk. He asked them multiple times. They dismissed him and told him if he wanted to order he can use the kiosks or order online. They decided to eat elsewhere. What in the world has happened to taco bell. Is this really how you run a business. Its absolutely pathetic. Our family will not be back as well as friends and their families.

The food was good but the manager there had a horrible attitude when we told her our order was wrong. She blamed the new employee and was trying to make us pay more for something we had already paid for. I’ve seen other reviews saying she had a bad attitude and I agree.
