Had a problem today with my car, and it prevented me from getting there to pick up my mobile order on time. I called and was told there's nothing that could be done because my food wasn't there anymore and the previous shift hadn't mentioned it to the evening manager. So I asked for a corporate contact and he didn't know. My husband went ahead and went up there to talk to him and everything was fine and we got our food, so I really appreciate the manager that I wasn't very nice to. Because I have worked fast food for years and it's not his fault he wasn't trained on how to ring it in as waste or whatever similar thing is done at arbys. These companies don't want to train or staff correctly and the customers and the staff always lose, while some executives somewhere get filthy rich. So I don't blame him, I blame whoever is making the decisions about how much training people get when they're going to be left with the operation of the entire store. It is so hard on the new managers and I have sympathy.
So, to the young man who found out how to make it right, thank you and I apologize for my attitude with you.

We went through the drive thru. One vehicle at the window. We're at the speaker waiting. Thought o.k. we'll hang here they might be busy inside. 6 minutes later they come on and take our order. The car was still at the window. 5 minutes later it finally leaves. We pull up to the window. Now we wait. Notice there is only one guy. He's running the front counter, the window, and looked like the fryers. He finally came took our money. Went back for another few minutes. Then came and asked us to pull up and he'd bring it out when it was ready. We did, 10 more minutes and my husband finally went in and got it after having to ask for it. I felt sorry for the guy. But really, hire enough people to cover a FAST FOOD restaurant.

I haven't had Arby's in a long time and I forgot how good it is. We were on a road trip and that's where my buddy wanted to stop so we did and it was delicious. Don't forget the Horsey Sauce. The only thing I have against them is they got rid of the potato cakes

Sure wish they would bring back the Hamchy. Anybody else remember the hamchey. It was just like the roast beef and cheddar only ham and Swiss. Used to be my fave.
My momma wanted a milkshake.. she's loyal to the jamocha milkshakes... So while we were in town we popped in the drive thru... Ordered 2 shakes and waited in like... 3 cars ahead of us ... Got to the window the kid says... Oh sorry our milkshake machine is down. Last time we didn't get our fries with our order but didn't notice till we were outside of town... This is stike 2... Step up your games folks. We have choices Play ball better

Clean restaurant, fast and friendly service.
Employees didn’t stop working, when customers were not ordering they were cleaning and keeping the restaurant looking good.
Food came out very quickly and was served hot and fresh.
We had to stop through the drive thru on our long road trip, and while the food tasted decent, it was barely lukewarm (chicken sandwich and wrap, curly fries, kids chicken nuggets). Also my drink was almost entirely ice. We would have turned around but we're in a hurry to get back home with our baby crying and sick. Definitely avoiding drive thru and Arby's on future road trips. We're disappointed about our experience!

My momma wanted a milkshake.. she's loyal to the jamocha milkshakes... So while we were in town we popped in the drive thru... Ordered 2 shakes and waited in like... 3 cars ahead of us ... Got to the window the kid says... Oh sorry our milkshake machine is down. Last time we didn't get our fries with our order but didn't notice till we were outside of town... This is stike 2...
