Had a problem today with my car, and it prevented me from getting there to pick up my mobile order on time. I called and was told there's nothing that could be done because my food wasn't there anymore and the previous shift hadn't mentioned it to the evening manager. So I asked for a corporate contact and he didn't know.
My husband went ahead and went up there to talk to him and everything was fine and we got our food, so I really appreciate the manager...

I haven't had Arby's in a long time and I forgot how good it is. We were on a road trip and that's where my buddy wanted to stop so we did and it was delicious. Don't forget the Horsey Sauce. The only thing I have against them is they got rid of the potato cakes

My momma wanted a milkshake.. she's loyal to the jamocha milkshakes... So while we were in town we popped in the drive thru... Ordered 2 shakes and waited in like... 3 cars ahead of us ... Got to the window the kid says... Oh sorry our milkshake machine is down.
Last time we didn't get our fries with our order but didn't notice till we were outside of town...
This is stike 2... Step up your games folks. We have choices
