It's always clean in Arby's, the staff is usually backed up though so it takes awhile to get to anyone at the front counter and they are usually less than amused but the food is always hot and we like it, so we go back.
Arby's nailed the 'Creamsicle' Orange Cream shake. I haven't had a Hot Ham sandwich in years, just sounded good. And white cheddar Mac and cheese, yum. Thank you!
The friendliness first of all. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness was imaculant and the food was Chefs Kiss. Extemely fresh and Hot. Added an online order while we were there and it was ready in minutes. We are a traveling family of five and we were blown away by this Arby's. I feel terrible because I didnt catch the employees names but the girl at the front counter and the manager were awesome people. They all seemed like they worked pretty well together...
