⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We wrapped up our ride on the Katy Trail in Clinton and biked into town, where we found the Ben Franklin Bistro—and wow, what a great stop! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, the service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere had that perfect small-town charm.
If we didn’t live 700 miles away, this would absolutely be a regular spot for us. Whether you’re finishing up the trail or just passing through Clinton, do yourself a favor and check them out—you won’t be disappointed

Wonderful gem of a place! Adorable atmosphere. Sandwiches include unique offerings, food is fresh ingredients, very reasonably priced. Service and staff was excellent! So glad we found this place. It has become a regular stopping spot for us :)

Wonderfully creative menu. Quirky but comfortable dining area. Great tasting sandwiches and pasta salad. Extremely helpful staff. Found this on Google when looking for somewhere to stop on our way from Kansas City to Springfield. This is going to be one of our regular stops from now on.
