Only one employee was in some identifiable uniform others were in hoodie and sweat pants combos. The register attendant was very quiet and almost mute. We paid for large drinks and were given medium drinks. Once we noticed and brought it to their attention it was corrected. They also didn't give us a Sunday that was part of the meal but also was corrected once discovered. The cashier never changed her gloves after operating the register then went straight to the Sunday machine. Food, drinks and Sunday was good. Also there was an unexplained surcharge. Meal was paid in cash.

With the house horses in need of a tasty treat, we made our way to the local DQ. The friendly staff promptly filled our order - two pup cups, a dipped cone and a strawberry chocolate blizzard. The house horses patiently awaited their treat… and one of the employees was also patiently waiting to see the pups eat them. Within seconds they devoured them and hopped back into the truck, the employee with a smile on her face returned back to work and we were able to enjoy our sugary delights as got back on the road. Recommend go ahead. Unlike the drive thru there is rarely a line inside

Two times now I have asked for senior discount first time. Oh that’s cute. Second time. Oh I didn’t hear you. Obviously they don’t give senior discounts although dairy queen says they do.

Walked in and Noone was around, stood for 2min and I had to yell for someone's attention, no ice, tables and chairs are dirty, but yet everyone was gone in back and not doing thier jobs. I came once before, chalked it up last time, they were a little busy. Now I know it's a thing that happens quite often as I have read. This place just needs a makeover, inside and employees. Not going back again.

I don’t normally say anything, but after what happened today it is definitely needed. We waited for our food, after finding a hair in my food. I addressed it with front counter person. He said it’s not mine, and showed it to manager. Manager made comment to cook that he needs a hair cut. After respectfully asking for a new burger, the counter help and manager started laughing after I asked if the second burger was fresh(hairless). I understand things happen, but when I went back to my family, my kiddo said she had a hair on her sandwich ,that she just picked it out! Seriously isnt that is why there are hair nets. After we ate and I was boiling, I went to throw our trash out. My kid went to the bathroom to come out and tell me the bathroom door was messed up and door doesn’t lock. She had to put the trash can in front of the door! The trash was so full it was over flowing. So I placed it where I could and then walked outside to the outside trash over flowing, I assume because there is trash on the ground. I have been in food industry my entire life. Clinton Dairy Queen do better! My kids love the ice cream. My oldest was embarrassed to get her cone that we ordered because of how they were laughing about my complaint, we just left. Again do better Clinton Dairy Queen.

I am so over this place, it leaves a bad mark on Dairy Queen’s name. This is not the first time I’ve had issues here, and I don’t eat out very often so that’s what makes this so frustrating. The website says they close at 10pm. I show up at 9:40 with the intention of getting two ice creams and going on my merry way. Nope. The open sign was off and the door was locked. I literally watched the employees hide in the back hoping I would go away. I sat there for a minute thinking maybe they would open the door to at-least talk to me. Nope. Watched them count the register at 9:45 with me and two other cars sitting outside. I didn’t cause a scene bc it’s just ice cream, but either they need to fix the website or they need to find better employees. I used to work closing shifts at other businesses and I would clean up and get most of the closing chores done early, but if someone came in before close that was just luck of the draw. Maybe I was mislead by the website, but I found the whole situation upsetting.

My husband and I went in tonight to just get 4 simple ice cream the boy who took our order seemed friendly but directly after taking our order he started sweeping instead of making the blizzards and dipped cone. There was a lady doing something on the dining side and started visiting with us after about 15 minutes she asked us what we were waiting on and we said our ice cream. There was another boy that said oh I don’t do ice cream. Then since the one lady had to make all of the dishes on her own they were already melting and making a mess. I should have asked for a refund.

At least the food tastes good because the people who work there aren’t very good at customer service. Our mobile order was ready besides our ice cream and one of the guys in there says to someone else “can you make those 2 blizzards so we can get those people out of here” as if trying to get rid of us. None of them had a good attitude besides one older lady.

If it less then a hour before close don't go here. Half of the menu we be close OFF. They close way early. They close at 10:00 but really 9:00.
