Young girl working in there was rude. When the order was ready they slapped it on the counter and went on. Overall dirty and nasty.

Last night at 8:03 p.m. I had gotten dairy Queen delivered and mine and my husband's food had came cold My onion rings and my cheese curds were extremely cold My husband's burger was cold My burger was mangled and I had ordered a hot dog. Well when I was able to get my food dairy Queen was already closed so I called them today I had said that when I had gotten my food I did not have my hot dog my food was cold and my burger was mangled and the woman on the phone was completely rude and said you put your order in at 8:03 and I close the grills down at 9:30 and I told her I understand you do that but there was no excuse for my burger to mangled and my food to be cold. I barely order from dairy Queen and some of the times their customer service is very good I don't know who I had on the phone but they were extremely rude.

Took forever just to order and then had to wait a while for the food to come out. Orders were wrong and the bathrooms were out of soap and unclean. Besides the long wait, only one employee was trying.

The food wasn't good, the bathrooms were dirty and not stocked, it took 20 minutes to be serviced and the order was wrong. Didn't call out my order or others when they were ready either.

Nope. I can literally not have any mercy for this place. I swear I'm not some Karen and I don't get angry often but this is really disappointing. There were 4 workers, two boys/two girls. They were focusing on the drive-thru more than the people that came in, there was even a group of three who came in and was like yeah no I can't wait any longer and left. I believe the boss or manager was smoking/vaping. One girl who did not seem happy at all is the one who got our order taken. She got things wrong, sizes wrong, one thing she just completely did not include. We were charged for different things that we did not order and the person at the register just said that they were the same thing. They were just being plain lazy. They didn't care about anything. We had a blizzard with peanuts. They said, (after we got it and realized) we don't have peanuts anymore so we put pecans. The person had no regard for dangers that could have led to. Especially since people are ALLERGIC. I know peanut allergies are terrible but pecan allergies aren't good either. When the manager or boss was called over she was being really rude and bratty she said that to get a refund she would need the ice creams back and then she just threw it away. Wasted at least three blizzards. The two boys in the background dumped out a large container of fries, now I don't understand this because I don't know if there's a certain time limit set on them such as some places that time 5 minutes and if the fries are not sold they throw them out. Either way there were so many things wrong with this.

The store is old and aweful but the food was good, well made and a good value, and the service was outstanding.

The girl working window was just smug and rude. Looked like my sundae was dropped. Just zero effort. Guess she knows everything. In the past has always been wonderful.

The guy was very rude! As he was handing us a blizzard we asked which one it was, he said look and see. When ordering and talking he had absolutely no manners he didn't even attempt to be nice.
We went into this Dairy Queen today, May 4 about 5:30 pm. Absolutely awful experience. Inside is dirty, no one at counter. Looked like maybe 5 employees. Someone waited on us. Others were waiting. Drive-thru busy. Waited about 15 minutes. Others came in and left cause they didn't get waited on. I finally went to register. They couldn't find my order at first. They didn't give me a receipt. I told them to just give me my money back. Someone else found it and said, Remember I told you we were out of Confetti Cake blizzard (that I had ordered). Got my money back and left. I only ordered 2 ice creams. Don't think I will ever come back.

Waited 5 min before anyone came to the counter, no hi or how are you, rude to the customer in front of us when they asked for a spoon, took our order then disappeared making the women behind us wait approximately 5 min to take their order. No flip on the ice cream then was rude when asked about. Possibly a bad day at the restaurant but definitely a bad impression today

The most absolute worse service I have had when going to Dairy Queen. Hours on the building day open till 10 both doors were locked. When pulled up to the drive thru. Got to the window and was treated horribly. Like girl at the window was ma. When I asked if they were closed she said no. I told her I had an order and she just shut the window and walked off.
