Went through the drive through...must had been a new staff. He was nice enough. We ordered 3 double dip vanilla in a cup. Was charged 12.75 plus tax. After we got home realized it as only 2 dips in each cup....

Well we ordered two different types of drinks and it took way too long and they couldn’t even get a café latte with pumpkin in it right to where it was blended with whip cream on it and sprinkled with pumpkin none and they just took way too long and they said sorry it’s too hectic in here and we were the only ones there so I don’t understand horrible service

This place has the worst customer service that I have ever gone to I went there just to buy a quick thing and the drink that I bought was bitter so I asked to return it but said no cause I made it so it so there for it’s perfect and then I got something else and the girl there said you this cost 5 dollars more ?

Walked in to no other customers in the store. The manager was doing a job interview with a young lady for a job, so we stood in line and waited. We were never told anything or spoken to after we were greeted at the door. As we stood in line, we got to hear the manager threaten that poor little girl by telling her all about the cameras and how they listen to everything that is said in the store, and if she does her job “there shouldn’t be any problems”. As we listened and swatted at the numerous flies buzzing around the register, another employee sat down by the register and didn’t offer to help. Once the manager completed the “interview” , she went behind the counter and checked her phone, standing with her back to us. After a few more seconds we decided to leave, having never been offered help in the time we were inside the business. Since the manager was so upfront with the girl about watching her on camera, she should go back and watch herself and her employees.

Took my grandkids here while staying a night in Clinton. Ice cream was yummy. Place is decorated very cool. Played checkers and ate ice cream. Staff was nice.

There is a young lady tonight that did absolutely amazing! She had 2 in the drive through, our family, another family and 2 more walked in. She got it done super quick. Absolutely great job!
