I have visited close to 100 McDonald’s around the world. Dublin Ireland O’Conner St. is probably the worst. Clinton Mo. is definitely in my top 5. Mostly clean but above all great service and food. My 2 visits were morning crew middle aged women with manners and a great work ethic. This was early December of 2024.

We're very rude. I tried to send a co-worker today. I go pick up my order. They said the order wasn't there. The phone had to be here for it. I've never had that issue in any other McDonald's ever. It's absolutely ridiculous when i'busy at work, and I can't leave

Ordered Sausage McGriddles and Sausage burritos to take home and have for when I wake up as I work night shifts. . . Got home and found I was given sausage McMuffins and not even 1 sauce pack for my burritos after they specifically asked what kind I wanted. . . Lazy and no attention to orders seems to be the regular type of service anymore from most of Clinton's fast food places

Coffee was good hot with adequate cream Food . . . as expected. I seldom eat fast food, but circumstances dictated a departure from the routine, and I was grateful. Order prepared correctly. The bathroom was untidy. The toilet paper roll was lying on the floor, and the dispenser was empty. There were no paper towels as usual for McDonald's, and they had been busy, resulting in an unhygienic puddle of water under the hand dryers that could grow into a fall hazard. Take a napkin with you to dry your hands. The best thing about the bathroom is that the doors had vacancy indicators, so you can tell at a glance if a stall is occupied. I think every establishment should have those. I would patronize again.

This store favors the drive through instead of the dining area. 15 minute wait, and there was no crowd. Food was hot, put its presentation looked like it had been on the floor and then scooped up into a bun.

I have found hair in my food more than once here, also had a piece of hair inbeded inside of a burger. Workers also get paid awful wages for what they do how can a place be so strict yet let so much stuff get through that shouldnt.
