Placed my order online . Gave the restaurant 30 minutes to make my order. I showed up and was informed it would be an additional 10 minutes. I gave them an additional 20 minutes and went back in and was told they couldn’t find my order. One of the employees had put my order in the wrong area. The employee decided to yell at the employee that had put it the wrong place in front of a crowded restaurant.
This place is always unorganized and chaotic!!

We've been eating papa murphys pizza for a number of years now. The quality throughout the entire experience has always been excellent. Actually it's a pleasant surprise that this company is still maintaining such a high quality reputation while most fast food restaurants are dropping in quality and quantity. Keep it up guys!!

I placed my order on line and paid for it. I live 15+ miles out of town. I arrived and the store was empty. My pizza was not on the pick up rack on the left which was also empty. A girl from the back came out and asked if she could help me..i told her I placed an order on line. She looked over and said oh sorry I didn't know I had orders out here to make... she made my pizza and I left... In pouring down rain I realized she didn't give me the garlic butter. I returned and went back in to get it. It was pretty early in evening 4 ish and they didn't look that busy to be that unorganized. This was 1st time I've been unsatisfied and really hope it's the last.
However!!!! This stuffed pizza was amazing! 1st time we ever ordered one! Great for our Monday night game!

Alexa, Cat, and London are legit Rock Stars, they do an amazing job. They know my order by heart and always make sure any food allergies are addressed. The Clinton, MO store is excellent. I really enjoy hearing about Alexa and Cat's Cross Country meets when I go in and they are always interested in how my football team is doing. Great atmosphere
