My gf and I got food poisoning from your pizza last night. The lady manager didn't even say she was sorry. I will give you a credit so can another pizza. Anyone else gets sick sue them as I am for $5,000! Call the Secretary States office to find out their registered agent.

Total shitshow. Order was wrong, and they couldn't be bothered to make it right, nor were they sorry about it. I'd give negative stars if I could, and I definitely do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Over the last 3 months I've spent over $60 in your establishment I've only gotten my order the right way twice yesterday I was in there and got a personal pan I wanted easy sauce pepperoni pan personal with extra cheese very simple yet they messed it up when they remade it the shift leader or manager Morgan said because she made it it was right when it wasn't it did not have easy sauce like I had wanted it I'm sick of coming into this establishment and ordering my food pretty much the same way every time and every time it is messed up when I ordered a large pizzas with easy sauce they put easy cheese on it with a buttload of sauce so sick of this every time I order whether it be a large pizza or a personal pan pizza and then when I told her it was still wrong she walks off from me and I'm left hungry so I eat two pieces of the pizza bring the rest home and throw it to the dogs because I can't eat all that sauce

Thank you for keeping the barbecue beef pizza. I can't get it in Butler, MO anymore.
Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar and there are several veggies on the menu. They also offer meatless pasta.

Pizza was a bit too saucy, but everything was decent, great staff guy was working hard.
Every time I've gone to Pizza Hut it has always been all five stars. Really nice place nice people. I would go there before I would go to the other pizza place there.

We miss sit-down Pizza Huts. This was a nice visit, and Brianna (sp), who was on alone in the dining room, was very attentive. The food was typical Pizza Hut fare, but the service alone made it worth the stop.
Went to the buffet today. All the food was fresh and hot. Amy is the absolutely the best hostess/server ever. The manager said she has been there over 8 years. Thx Amy!

I got pizza here for a work party. I ordered online, 5 pizzas and picked up an extra pizza as well double order of bread sticks. One of the pizzas, in the Special Instructions, I asked for it to be gluten free. When ordering online they don't have it available to choose but I figure that's what the special instructions are for. I get there and I exchange concerns with a worker about the request and it was my understanding that they put the toppings in a bowl. I'm thinking it's a shallow bowl and in a pizza box.
I get back to work and the GF pizza is on normal crust. I called to ask why they still put it on dough/crust despite the request and to ask for that pizza to be replaced at a later date. The manager at the time, Morgan, said she tried to call me to ask about it. She did but it came up as from Virginia so of course I'm not going to answer it. She said I would have had to ask specifically for no bread. GLUTEN IS BREAD.
I'm irritated because food service employees should know the importance of avoiding gluten upon request due to allergies. Also irritated because it wouldn't have been hard to just say "So sorry we gave you the wrong pizza. Feel free to get a replacement at a later date." But no. I worked in food service for years and work in customer service currently. I get it, but this was a scenario in which "the customer is always right" was valid because I was. Idc how much of a Karen I sound like. I can't stand bad customer service having been in it for so long.
The pizza was mid and the customer service was terrible. The end.
