We don't come in very often but we have noticed that whenever it's the older employees working they are very rude and snippy with me and my husband. We always say please and thank you and try to be nice. But the younger employees are always so sweet.

We specifically stopped at Starbucks knowing they have matcha latte/non coffee hot drinks. Unfortunately, it tasted like it had coffee in it. I have gone my entire life not having any coffee so was really disappointed.

I was just driving through town , googled Starbucks . Was a little taken back this was inside a discounted grocery store, so no drive up. The girls working seemed nice an honestly it’s been awhile since I’ve had a Starbucks back in Iowa make my drink correctly.
