First I want to start if I could give 0 stars I would. I would like to start by saying I called ahead to see what I personally needed to do to have an order made ahead as it was getting close to closing. I was told to order online or through the app. I said ok great, I go to do that and online ordering is shut off. Then I call back to see if they will hold my order by paying over the phone. I was then told they don’t do over the phone orders. So I get there and they have two tables full of people in the lobby, the open lobby and drive thru sign is on, and go through the drive thru only to be told that they are closed. Poor personal service, rude employees, and I couldn't tell you about the food as I was not waited on and the online service was not available after being told that it was. Second time I have came over here after a football game for this to happen. Won’t be coming back to this location as they don’t have their store together and have poor employee educate.

I really like to give restaurants chances when I get food that is incorrect BUT today was the last straw for me. I have ordered online, gone into the restaurant and gone through the drive through and all have extremely long waits and I do have to say the wait is very obnoxious when you only have a limited time for lunch but as I was watching the staff member add veggies to the person prior to me sandwich and witness the person with his mouth open and performing spit bubbles....I decided that was it for me! If I could give 0 stars I would. The cleanliness of this facility is terrible and I do not recommend you eat here!

I was very impressed with this subway! My first impression was how clean and well lit it was when I walked in. They were very busy but the staff members were still all very kind and even went out of their way to accommodate my toddler. We were just passing through but I would highly recommend this particular subway location!

Kid-friendliness: The staff went out of their way to cut up my toddlers food into smaller pieces and serve it in a basket to make it easier for us.

Just don’t go here. (-3 stars)

Every single employee looked like they had been at the bar all day.
Food was completely inedible, soggy, meat was not up to code.
I tried my wife’s food after she refused to eat it. I almost vomited at the first bite of her “chicken teriyaki” if you could call it that.
I’ve been eating at subways across the US on the road for some years.

This subway takes the cake for the worst subway in America. Staff was rude when confronted (they offered to remake a sandwich which I believe they are completely incapable of doing based on basic conversation)

Whoever owns this establishment is losing money and needs to sack the entire crew.
I would rather eat gas station sushi off a trucker’s fuel tank than order another sandwich from this place.

I wouldn’t go here to use the restroom. “Toilet was broken”

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. Incapable of making sandwiches as ordered. I stopped getting food here some time ago after constantly getting my order wrong. Figured it’s been a year so maybe try again. Nope. Wasted $$$ for extras not added to my sandwich. Sure I could drive back to the store and request it made right but this is a common theme here and will be the LAST time I eat here. They also got the other order on this one wrong too. Not sure why it’s so hard to read a ticket that’s printed out with everything on it.

Very slow. My toasted sandwich was cold when I finally got it in the drive through. I was the only one in the drive thru and there were only a couple of people inside.
