Sandwich artists working nights are not Sandwich artists. The guy that was working was rude with an attitude towards us for no reason. They both seemed like they hated there jobs and our food was not done right compared to every other subway we have ever been to. We will never be eating at the subway in Clinton again.

Just ordered chicken bacon ranch sandwich told her I wanted terriakyi chicken on it instead of the normal chicken and she proceeded to question me about five times before just rolling her eyes dumping both kinds of chicken on it and charging me extra. Not going back. She could not understand a basic change in the normal sandwhich.

Slowest service I've ever experienced in my life! 45 minutes standing in line. The staff have absolutely zero cares in the world that they have 20+ customers standing in front of them.

The sandwiches were subpar, the whole place looked like a bunch of wild animals went through it, they were dripping juices off thier gloves into other sandwich toppings, the knife they were using to cut the sandwiches did not look clean, overall the effort for cleanliness was just not there. The employees however were very nice

First I want to start if I could give 0 stars I would. I would like to start by saying I called ahead to see what I personally needed to do to have an order made ahead as it was getting close to closing. I was told to order online or through the app. I said ok great, I go to do that and online ordering is shut off. Then I call back to see if they will hold my order by paying over the phone. I was then told they don’t do over the phone orders. So I get there and they have two tables full of people in the lobby, the open lobby and drive thru sign is on, and go through the drive thru only to be told that they are closed. Poor personal service, rude employees, and I couldn't tell you about the food as I was not waited on and the online service was not available after being told that it was. Second time I have came over here after a football game for this to happen. Won’t be coming back to this location as they don’t have their store together and have poor employee educate.
