We had a great experience at this Taco Bell! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our $40 order came out completely correct. The food was delicious except for my husband’s Mexican Pizza. It unfortunately tasted off, but when I brought it to the counter, they immediately asked how they could make it right. Not only did they replace it, but they gave him two other items instead. Excellent customer service! I was also impressed by the manager. She was actively involved with the team, making sure everything was running smoothly and safely. At one point, I even overheard her reminding an employee to change their gloves after lightly touching the counter — a small detail, but it showed how seriously they take food safety.

I eat at Taco Bell in Rogersville, MO and Springfield MO and the food always messed up. My wife and I stopped at the Clinton location on our way to the Linkin Park concert and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was excellent and quick even considering that my wife and I both customized our food. It was spot on, fast, and excellent. Good job guys!

the workers here are i think actually a little slow, first everytime ive came here within the last year their morale is always so low, horrible service, almost every single time they mess up my order, then when we get to the window they always look at me like im stupid or something, there is not one pleasant person at this taco bell location, morning, evening or late night shift they all look and sound like they hate their life

Thought I made it clear that I was ordering a Crunchy Yellow Corn Shell Chicken Taco Supreme with lettuce, tomato, & cheese. Instead, I got a soft white corn tortilla fried on the grill with some kind of messy mixture of cheese, bean and couldn't tell if chicken breast was in there or not and the melted cheese was also all over the outside... very sloppy to eat. It wasn't my chicken salad in a crunch taco shell that I've always gotten. It's not a taco if there's no vegetables in it. I will never go back to Taco Bell again. The soda fountain drink had a nasty chemical taste. I poured it out and tried another flavor. It was the same mixture of bad stinky distasteful city water and a chemical higly chemical taste. I thought all Taco Bells had clean or filtered water running through their soda and water mixing dispensers.

Iv been here multiple times driving from KC to SPF and it's a terrible experience every time. Idk why I keep expecting it to change, but it never does. Food is usually cold Service the wrong food No Ice at time Never put straws, napkins, or silverware in the bag. Literally have to go back in after a drive through service everytime 10/10 recommend not coming here for a quick bite through town.

Extremely good food, service was great. Someone that worked on a computer he built came up to me and he told me about it and that was extremely great customer service and I may not come through very often but that was extremely good customer service, if someone can tell me his name I would love it.
