I would give it zero stars if I could. To give some backstory, I love the wendy’s baconator, it is quite literally the best burger they sell. However, last time I ordered a baconator from this location it arrived to me without any bacon. That is NOT a baconator it’s just a double cheese burger. This is an outrage, you’re lucky that i’m not suing. Will not be coming back here.

Our daughter woke up from a 2 hour late morning nap on our drive to Kansas City. She ran in with Mom, and quickly was back in the car with a great Wendy's burger. It was so good, she refused to let her Dad collect his standard Daddy's Tax (just one bite).

Awful service. It took us over 30 minutes from the time we stepped into the line until we got our food! There was one person on the grill, one at the drive-thru, and one at the front counter. If anyone else was working, they could not be seen. This is the way it is every time I have been here. The cheese had never been melted. The food was only lukewarm. The dining room was dirty. You needed to put hand sanitizer on the tables. The condiments and some drinks were empty. Nothing was prepared or taken care of with any pride. This is the worst experience I have had since coming to Clinton.

I just got salads through the drive-thru which I do often. The Cobb Salad and Apple Pecan Salads with the Pomegranate Vinagrette Dressing are the best! Staff is always friendly and service is always good both inside and through the drive thru! Thanks for the continued good service and experience!

The staff member that was working the counter as we came in was the friendliest employee I've ever had. I wish I had her name. It was about 1045am on a Saturday morning, and she was just so kind. She told me about the deals and specials, and just really went above and beyond. It was refreshing. The store was clean, and well kept. We were just passing through and needed breakfast. Although it was beyond breakfast food time, our meals were hot and accurate.
